Our Cabins and Suites are a perfect combination of rustic character and modern convenience and luxury. Situated in a quiet, peaceful forest, you will truly experience Alaska’s beauty in privacy, without the noise and crowds.

Our Cabins are each equipped with a kitchenette/kitchen if you choose a more casual breakfast experience. Each Suite has its own full en-suite bathroom, a Smart TV, Keurig, electric kettle, High speed wireless internet access and more!

Beautiful location, comfortable room, great hosts

Overall we were pretty pleased. The room description did say that there would be plush robes and black out curtains (the curtains were extremely important to us). I think when we booked, the shared upstairs lounge was still in the description. A small microwave would be nice as the coffee cools quickly in the big mugs. And a few more hooks in the bedroom would be helpful as most things couldn't be hung next to the refrigerator.

Cozy, private cabin felt like home during my stay.

I liked having a private space and a small kitchenette for snacks and drinks. Lots of space to spread out and relax after excursions and exploring.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious with its jacuzzi tub and separate show. I loved the detail such as the bath bombs and fresh banana bread.

Nice place for a weekend getaway

The property is beautiful and in great shape with lovely designer touches, a wonderful bed, and excellent bathroom. It was an easy drive to town and attractions. It would have been even better if it had a closet, desk or dresser space. We reported an issue with the jacuzzi tub but it was not addressed while we were there.

The perfect little Cabin

My husband and I stayed at the Willow cabin unexpectedly as the host upgraded us from the private room I had originally booked. We stayed a few nights here in Talkeetna to try the air taxi. The host even left us a happy anniversary note and a bottle of champagne.

Welcome to the Chalet in beautiful Talkeetna, Alaska. David and I purchased the Talkeetna Chalet in January 2021. We are retiring and ready for a new adventure! After raising our family on the North Shore of Oahu for the last 28 years we decided to move from one paradise to another. We discovered Talkeetna four years ago and we immediately fell in love with the quaint eclectic small-town vibe. We knew we had found our “new” home. We are so excited to create new memories here with our children and grandchildren.

Talkeetna and the surrounding area offer so many fun and exciting outdoor adventures for you and your family, there is something for everyone! We can’t wait to help you make unforgettable memories on your trip north! Who knows, you might even see the Northern Lights.
