Check in clerk was late and didn’t seem to be a big deal. Said she was new and wasn’t sure how the pet deposit worked; when scheduling it clearly says to pay additional pet fee at time of check in. She went on to volunteer the info, she didn’t charge anyone the week before. The room was adequate for our needs however the toilet seat was loose and frustrating in the small space. I would call this a motel at best. The picture displayed in the ad is at least 3 stars up from reality.
