This spacious 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom unit sleeps 8 people walking distance to Eagle Lodge, with views of the Sierra Star Golf Course and located in the Bradley building. The unit has hardwood, slate tile and carpet throughout. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a full kitchen in the unit. The living room features a flat screen TV with a sofa sleeper and wood burning stove. Each bedroom has a king size bed. The loft offers 2 twin beds. This unit has free wireless internet. The Summit complex has a work out room, multiple Jacuzzi's, two pools (summer only), and underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"). This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great Location - Walked to Eagle Express!

We had a great time in #50! Walked to the slopes and parked underground. Could use a few more spatulas, serving plates, etc. but overall very comfortable stay!

One stop away from Eagle Lodge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is nicely furnished and conveniently located near the elevator. The kitchen is well-stocked but extremely small and barely any counter space. The bathrooms also don't have much counter space, but there was nice shampoo, conditioner, and lotion as well as facial tissue. The loft affords no privacy. We used the Jacuzzi, which was nice and hot, but the jets weren't working.

The property was horrible a complete nightmare. The elevator was in poor condition. The interior of the property was dirty, lights didn’t work, heater broken. Parking was horrible no parking for a second vehicle had to park about a block away. Everyone stay away from this dumpster.

Clean Condo but no safety kits for power outages in Condo Complex

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo and overall the beds were comfortable and the place was clean BUT there was a major power outage and NO matches, candles or flashlights were in the condo. This really should be a requirement for all condos as an emergency precaution. Just as the condos have fire extinguishers available, there must be flashlights and matches/ candles. Please upgrade these safety measures. Thank you.

The price we paid for a holiday weekend ($1000/night) not worth it. Property is very dated. Looks like they just slop paint on every few years. Heater didn’t work in master bedroom. Knob from heater was missing in loft. Stair hallway light didn’t work. Small kitchen. Loft beds uncomfortable. Don’t expect high-end linens or cookware. Close to Eagle Lodge. Probably fine for college kids just looking for a place to sleep near the mountain.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wifi not working. 3 tvs not working. No cabinets for kitchen tools. Very few bowls, cups and glasses and hard to reach. Main heater in condo now working and filled with dust and dirt. Rug curled up and we kept tripping on it. Difficult to sit at dining table because of placement of couch next to it. No hangars in closet. Reservation company did not provide good customer service

Building is a little outdated - elevator was a little scary. However it was awesome that it was less than a 10min walk to Eagle Lodge.

The property is centrally located, but you can hear th e traffic from Meridian. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is really small and it doesn't have all the utensils for cooking.Finally, the garage isn't high enough to accommodate having my space case on my van, so we had to park by the office, and walk a short distance. Some of the other garages are higher, but you can't use these designated spots.

We couldn't use the pull out couch as there was cereal and candy in it when we started to pull it out. I'm guessing the place wasn't used for a while. It would have been nice if someone cleaned again before we arrived. Wasn't fair I had to pay for cleaning when I had to clean when I got there. Other than that, the place was comfortable. Spacious with lots of windows. We did enjoy our stay.

We had a small issue and called maintenance and the problem was resolved in a short period of time. They are very responsive! Just make sure to bring some basics for cooking like salt,pepper etc. would definitely recommend this place and will definitely book this condo in the future.

The front door looked loose. Inside, the condo was clean, with newer floors and paint. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were no hair dryers in any of the bathroom though. The beds are very comfortable! Besides having to go to the hospital for a tetanus shot and bandaging, the condo was adequate. $500 bucks a nite adequate, I don't know....

Great ski weekend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was perfect for a short weekend trip to Mammoth. Walking distance to Eagle lodge and chairlifts and a short drive to town. The unit was much bigger than I expected and even had two extra beds (twin beds in the loft have pull out mattresses underneath). The hot tub is a short easy walk and the property managers are fantastic! We locked ourselves out one night and they let us back in promptly. The only downside is lack of free parking spaces for a second car if you don't arrive early.
