Pet Friendly Spacious & Rustic. Washer/Dryer. Short Walk to the Eagle Lodge

Uniquely decorated in traditional mountain style this 3 bedroom/loft, 3 bathroom condominium sleeps up to 11 and is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. This spacious townhome is located in a quiet residential location, across from multi-use bike path and Sierra Star Golf Course. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar seating for 4 and dining area that seats 6. Cozy up around the wood burning stove on the large sectional, and enjoy the flat screen TV. On the lower lever there is a spacious mud room entry from the 2-car garage, and features two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed with flatscreen TV, the second bedroom also has a queen bedroom with flatscreen TV and adjacent jack and jill style full bathroom. The master bedroom on the middle level has a King bed with a flat screen TV and desk so you can work/school remotely, and a private en-suite full bath. There is an additional full bathroom on the third level along with the loft featuring a bunk bed with Twin over Twin and 2 additional Twin beds. This unit offers WiFi internet access. There is a washer and dryer available so you can have all the conveniences of home. With a large south facing deck on the middle living room level featuring a BBQ grill, this makes this the perfect home to entertain and grill with all of the family. The complex offers 2 car garage parking (garage clearance 6' 6"), Jacuzzi, and tennis and pickleball courts. This unit is pet friendly so you can even bring Fido! Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home. A camera is located at the front of the home monitoring the front door and a camera monitoring the garage door. The townhouse is within walking distance to Eagle Lodge, or cross the street and you can jump on a free shuttle for a quick ride to the mountain. You are also a short ride to the Old Mammoth downtown part of Mammoth. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor and outdoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. We had our immediate family of 8 adults and 1 child stay for 4 days/3 nights. We were extremely pleased with the condo, the space, the generous bedroom space and overall property. It’s very nice to have an attached garage and a large entry/storage section for ski gear. The only area of improvement are the mattresses in the loft. With a large group of adults, some sleep in the loft and that was the only mention of improvement. I highly recommend families to rent this property for great accommodations, space and proximity to Von’s, ski lift, the village and anywhere else you need to go. Merry Christmas!

Great Space for 2 Families

The property was bigger than it left Ike's in the pictures and was well appointed for our group of 9 (2 families with adult children). We would definitely stay here again.

Property worked out fine for our family trip to Mammoth mountain. Quiet neighborhood close to the mountain and everything you might need.

Great family gathering

The property was great. It had all that we needed, though we did bring some kitchen items that we couldn't assume would be available. The weather cooperated too, as we got snow while there! The adult kids and dogs enjoyed playing in the powder. We'll be looking to visit again in the future.

Family vacation

The home was in a great location, but the carpets were filthy and didn't even want to walk on them. I find it very sad to have such a beautiful home but not maintain the cleanliness of the carpets. We enjoyed our stay and found all the things we needed and more at the property. Mammoth is one of our favorite destinations and visit often. The condo was terrific!

Good location

For been the first time booking through VRBO I was very satisfied. The kitchen needs one of the drawers to be fixed but nothing mayor. Great stay overall.

Great space!

Our family had a great time in Mammoth! The condo is in a wonderful location. It was clean, and very easy to navigate. A couple of recommendations- additonal silverware, dishes, and kitchen supplies are needed. Also, please fix the shower door on the first floor, and you could use more light and a coffee table in the living room.

Weekend getaway

Overall, trip was just what we wanted. Biggest problem with house is carpets needed a cleaning, which was a little off putting when first entered. Space was great and happy to have our dog be able to be with us and super close to Eagle.

Hosted multi-generational weeklong vacation. Overall the unit and location was good. That being said, there were several broken or items in disrepair, i.e., toilet ran, shades were broken, floors were dirty.

It was nice to play pickle ball right there. We had great food at brewery and pizza at Giovannis.visited alot of the lakes and rivers to fish. Had day beach time at grant,june and horseshoe lakes. Hiked to see bristlecone pine trees and took tram to devils postpile and rainbow falls.Over all we had a great trip.

Great location and space

We were a group of 8 and the property fit us all great. It was actually better in person even than in the photos. The plus and switches were a little wonky figuring out which did what but it was all good. The location was phenomenal. Walking distance to the lift and right next to the hot tub. The kitchen was a great size and we cooked all but one of our meals at the home easily. Honestly amazing! Would definitely stay again.

The Mammoth Staff was very helpful and responsive to minor requests (extra key, etc.). Easy to get to Eagle Lodge, either a 10-15 min walk or 2 min walk to the shuttle. Great to have access to the Snowcreek Athletic Club also. The carpeting could use replacing - while it is a dog friendy unit, the carpet was stained and very dirty. Bathroom floors seem to have been updated which is good but bathmats looked like they hadn't been washed.

Property was not clean. No parking. Jacuzzi didn't work. Kitchen was unkept; no utensils. Trash and old Cheetos under beds. BBQ broken. Wouldn't stay again.

The three bedroom and three bath layout worked very well for us, and although we did not need the extra sleeping options, the loft with additional beds was a great addition (especially if you have small kids). The kitchen was large and had all the conveniences we could possibly need. The location was ideal for all our activities. Oh and a bonus and important for us was the pet friendly feature.

Clean, comfortable home, great location

Our group had a great time and were very happy to be guests at a terrific Mountain home to enjoy a weekend of skiing. The house is great and we were able to bring along our well behaved dog. The experience with the rental company was a tad less enjoyable but, in the end, worked out. Keep in mind rental company closes at 5, they told me check in wasn't available until 5. I came back at 5 to find doors locked, check in documents locked. Only 2 keys, no parking permits provided, and a bit of frustration. The home is lovely and we had a great time, thank you for hotsing us.

Nice place

Place was big and great location. Needs some help in the kitchen with cups and such - short on silverware. The garage is tiny. Toyota Tacoma truck barely fit, and basic Ford F-150 Short-bed stuck out 6 inches and could not park inside. Description of property should be more honest with regards to parking. It sleeps 10 people but only allows two spaces "inside the garage only". It says there is additional parking available, but when we asked the management office they said no. This caused some unwelcomed stress our first day which was unfortunate. I lost a half day skiing our first morning because we needed to handle the parking issue (for the second time) with the management office. We fortunately got it worked out and the rest of the trip was great. I just wish it would have been more clear up front so I could have planned accordingly.
