Fantastic luxury 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom townhome; sleeps up to 10 people. Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this home offers views of the 18 fairway, while being not too far from the center of Town for conveniences, or a short ride or walk to Eagle Lodge! This three story townhouse offers a private 2 car garage with EV charger, laundry room, large expansive deck with private hot tub and outdoor seating and BBQ grill. The floorplan allows social gatherings and is perfect for a large family gathering. On the entry level of the home is the living room with wood burning fireplace, large flatscreen TV with cable TV. A dining room that can seat up to 8 with additional bar seating for 4. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen offers stone counters, top of the line stainless appliances, a wine fridge and everything needed to prepare meals. The large deck offers a BBQ gas grill, private hot tub, outdoor dining seating and is located on the 18th fairway of the Sierra Star Golf Course. On this level the guest bedroom features a queen bed, with adjacent full bathroom with walk-in shower. On the next level is a kids haven featuring a full size bunk with twin on top, and a trundle twin below, TV and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the third top level, the primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The fourth guest bedroom also on this upper level has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. This unit also offers WiFi internet access, a two car garage (garage clearance 7' 5") a laundry room with washer / dryer so you can enjoy all the conveniences of home. Located on the green line shuttle route, it is a short walk to the shuttle stop with a quick ride into Town or to Eagle Lodge. This unit is pet friendly, One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home. Adequate size for 10 of us and a dog. Very clean and had everything we needed. Was looking for something with a bedroom on the main level and this was one of few I found. However, this bedroom is small with no closet or dresser for your belongings. It was the only bedroom without attached bathroom and the main level bathroom was very dark with absolutely no storage, so this was disappointing. The other upstairs bedrooms were very nice and roomy, however, some of the windows were missing screens so we couldn’t open windows for airflow and it was hot upstairs. The kitchen is fully supplied (even had crockpot and rice cooker), however cabinets are so full that there’s no place for our food storage. Has a nice deck with beautiful view, table and chairs and a hot tub, which we enjoyed, but noticed the hot tub was leaking, called management company and they quickly sent someone over to check it out. Used garage for parking two cars. Overall, very nice place, good location, would stay again but could use some improvements.

Beautiful, Convenient Spot

Absolutely baffling that they don't have a snow shovel on site, but that's really one of the only things we can complain about. Lots of space, bathrooms, very clean. Location!!

Location was great, short walk to the lifts. The house was very nice and very good size! Love the living area with cozy fire place and the view of the slopes from balcony! Would definitely recommend!

Ski weekend

We had an excellent time at this townhouse. The unit was very clean and very nicely stocked. We had the whole family, adults and kids, and found that it worked well. Lots of firewood in the garage, every necessity in the kitchen, barbequed each night for dinner. The garage fit two cars easily and the driveway two more. Trash dumpster easy to find. Lots of hot water, and very nice linens. We will be back. THANK YOU !

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very disappointing. We have stayed in the timbers, solstice and graystone through mammoth reservations before and had a great experience. However, This unit had a broken dryer, the deck was a mess and unsafe, we couldn’t use the hot tub, and the inside of the unit had spiderwebs everywhere. We were offered a 10% refund due to many amenities being broken or unavailable but it doesn’t make up for the inconvenience caused by the problems with the unit.

Super comfortable master bed!

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Timbers #18 several times and it's a great place to stay for a couple of reasons: 1. 2-car garage makes it easy to get in and out of car with equipment/luggage/groceries. 2. The master bed is super plush and comfortable, which is a big win because most beds at every other rental we've had in Mammoth has sucked - especially in Mammoth Village. 3. The house has a great HVAC system with humidifer feature so it's very comfortable inside. 4. Kitchen has decent cookware to use. 5. The home is really clean - I never see lots of dust build up on the usual suspects like lampshades, fireplace mantel, etc. Overall the house feels a little cluttered with too much extra furniture and knick knacks, but this seems to be a theme in mountain rentals. I wouldn't say this is a great house if you have multiple adult couples (especially if they're tall) because only the master has a king bed and the other bedrooms are very small with queens. This house is more suitable for a single family with maybe teenage kids and smaller children. Or petite adults. The negatives: the first time we rented the place, the fridge was broken and they had to put a spare in the garage (down a flight of stairs). The second time we rented it the hot tub had half the water it needed and no hose on the patio to fill it up so we had to carry a big stock pot of water from the kitchen (10 trips) to get it right. These are things I feel should be sorted for the price point of this house. So, rent it for sure, but do yourself a favor and make a call to the rental company in advance of your arrival and ask "basic" questions like, "do all the appliances work?" "Is the hot tub properly filled" - you'll save yourself a headache later.

Great stay !

Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Responsive hosts. Place was clean and close to the ski area. Nice serene outdoors and the jacuzzi worked just fine. We all enjoyed our stay ! would book again.

Great place for a larger group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for a larger group/multiple couples including children as there is a room with bunk beds with a trundle bed. It is very large with 4 spacious, very comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Very nice furnishings and well maintained. Large open kitchen that is well stocked. Dog friendly with back porch that opens right to golf course, which was great for our dogs since we could just take them out back to walk them and play in the snow. They state only room for 2 cars but with the garage we were able to fit 4. Private hot tub was great as well. Only negatives would be the back porch/hot tub cover were damaged and slightly dirty, but I think this was due to the brutal wi ter and amount of snow they had received. It still functioned perfectly, so just a visual negative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and functional but poor management

This is a lovely home and location but the jacuzzi was not working when we arrived. It was dirty and spitting water everywhere. We called management and they dismissed us as they were busy with other issues at their other locations. We also received a notice on the door that their electricity bill was overdue and would be cut off. After multiple calls and messages we received a nominal adjustment for our troubles.

Dissapointed with Condition of Home and Property Manager

Arrived and garage remote would not work and front door was so stuck that we had to bash it in with our shoulder! Hot tub was half covered by a large sheet of plywood/half with regular cover/found to be unusable due to cloudy water. No cold water in 2 out of 4 bathrooms, so toilet and showers were unusable for 2 days. No firewood provided. Management was responsive after our first call, but afterwards, no. We had to keep calling them back. Did receive compensation, after we asked, but not nearly enough in our opinion. Owner or management needs to walk this property to bring it back up to luxury status! For what we paid, we were very disappointed!

Loved this very comfortable dog-friendly cabin

Had a wonderful stay here. The cabin was large, clean, and very comfortable. I hadn't realized when booking that all four bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Was really comfortable and convenient for 4 couples, and could easily fit more as the bunks were both doubles and there was a trundle. The hot tub was perfect after the ski day, and private. Plenty of towels, as well as basic toiletries. Bedrooms were quiet. We had a wonderful time.

Great place for a large family

The listing says 3 1/2 baths but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it actually was 4 full baths. This meant each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen and dining area was large enough to accommodate our large party plus guests. The layout of the living area made it easy to keep our dog contained. Some nitpicky problems were one of the bedrooms had no screens on the windows so bugs were a problem and the kitchen could have been stocked with a few more glasses and silverware. (But the large pots/pans were great!) The TV and DVD player also were not compatible. We visit Mammoth almost every summer, and this was the best condo we've stayed at. We would definitely stay here again.

Mammoth New Years Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 nights with family of 10, arrived 12/30 and departed 1/2. Arrived just after sunset to find the furnace was not working (43 degrees), oven and microwave broken and deck (jacuzzi and grill) waist deep in snow. Space heaters were delivered (not much help) and furnace company showed up early next morning to fix the furnace. Management company apologized profusely and tried to make conditions better, ended up crediting our account. Too much snow. The unit size and amenities (if working) were great, was perfect for our family.
