Great two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse in Dalmeny. Centrally located - within walking distance to IGA and cafes and only a street back from the local boat ramp.

Highlights include:
- Garage
- Two lovely balconies
- Ensuite bathroom and walk-in-robe in the master bedroom
- No Wi-Fi provided at this property.

Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

Not great value for money

The place didn’t have internet and really too pricy for what it offered. The pillows and mattresses didn’t smell ok. I was a bit disappointed about the amenities, not even a hair dryer, coffee or sugar.

Walking distance to beach and shops.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is bright and airy, within an easy walk to the shops and Dalmeny beach. Dalmeny beach offers two great spaces for swimming - a lovely place for young families to swim in a very protected calm lake or the surf beach and flags for swimming in waves. The Narooma Dalmeny cycle path is easily reached and a wonderful place for walkng and cycling. While the unit is advertised as suitable for 4, it is not particularly spacious, and requires a few more resources in the kitchen. The hot water was excellent and the beds comfortable. There is a good washing machine, but not a clothes line to hang washing or beach towels on. The bathroom had not been cleaned upon our arrival but the real estate agent sent a cleaner immediately to remedy the problem. Kitchen cupboards, pots and pans, and glassware are now clean following our attention prior to using them. There is a garage but it is very difficult to manoeuvre a car into - we parked outside.
