Large double-storey, modern beach home set on an elevated block providing breathtaking views overlooking Blue Lake and Barwon Heads. Surrounded by glorious native gardens in a quieter corner of Old Ocean Grove. Double garage plus designated parking for additional vehicles. Master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, two queen bedrooms and an optional fourth bedroom which doubles as a second living area. Large family bathroom and an additional powder room. Modern kitchen with oven, dishwasher, large fridge and walk-in pantry. European laundry with brand new Miele washer and dryer. Two outdoor entertaining areas with a front balcony with water views and a large rear deck, both with outdoor table settings.

5 minutes by car to the beach and river. Walking trails and on your doorstep, and lots of dining options in Ocean Grove and nearby Barwon Heads, including cafes, restaurants and bars. Award-winning local wineries and gourmet options in the surrounding Bellarine Peninsula.

Great home, location & view

The house was wonderful for our group of 4 adults, 2 children & pet dog. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchen was very well stocked & the knives were sharp so preparing food was easy. This is a rare find and very much appreciated. The steep driveway was good for fitness but could be an issue for people with mobility issues. And the view was just spectacular! Host was most helpful. Hope we can return for another visit soon.

Perfect, Complete, spacious stay

Paul’s home was absolutely perfect for our mini holidays. It had everything we needed and more. Clean, spacious, the view, 25min walk to the beach, close to shops. Highly recommend and definitely would like to stay again! Thank you for the kind flowers, Paul!
