This ground-floor vacation rental is located at the prestigious LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, just steps from the renowned Eagle Beach. The veranda, extending from the living room and bedroom, includes outdoor seating set for two.

The open-plan living area features a TV, a 3-seat sofa, two additional chairs, a dining table, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with barstools. A half bathroom is accessible from the entrance hallway, and an in-unit washer and dryer add to your comfort.
The bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, built-in closets, an armchair, and direct access to the veranda, along with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower.

With 1,100 square feet of living space, this unit includes a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, and two cable TVs (living room and bedroom). Located on the ground floor, it comfortably accommodates up to two guests with a bed ideal for a couple or solo traveler seeking extra accessibility.

NOTE: This condo is originally a two-bedroom (LV105) but can be booked as a one-bedroom (LV105-1) at a lower rate for your travel dates that are within 60 days of booking. It sleeps up to 2 guests. For groups of 3 to 6, we recommend renting the full two-bedroom (LV105). When booking the one-bedroom (LV105-1), the second bedroom will be locked off.

The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
