It offers mesmerizing views of the tropical mountains, the serene Baie Rouge Beach and the peaceful island of Anguilla on the distant horizon. The sapphire sea dotted with boats against the white pillars frames the picture of the effortless Caribbean backdrop.



Enter the front door and a brilliant, variegated scene flows towards the painted greens and blues of mountains and ocean. The exterior of this villa encapsulates the Caribbean flair with an inviting outdoor atmosphere. The outdoor area takes full advantage of the mesmerizing vistas with the large terraces filled with covered spaces for dining and lounging. This property features a spectacular infinity pool with a built-in jacuzzi to suit any aquatic preference. It takes 10 minutes to reach the vibrant French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings, and the Creole Market. To reach the international airport, drive 10 minutes in the other direction. REQUESTED POOL TEMPERATURE

If guests have a specific temperature they would like the pool set to, please inform

our concierge team prior to arrival, as the pool temperature must be adjusted by our

maintenance team.

Guests are not permitted to change the pool temperature themselves.



The Space:

The interior's refreshing beach house style decor, with touches of warm and cool shades throughout the house, complements the view perfectly. The central room includes glass sliding doors for that indoor/outdoor feel accompanied by cosy sofas and neutral tones to add to the tranquil atmosphere. This space can be used as a communal meeting area for socializing and conversing among the guests. This room cascades into the charming French-style kitchen which faces the sea. Dining inside on the kitchen's marble high top or in the splendid glass conservatory just off the kitchen creates a fantastic backdrop for delicious meals.



The bedrooms are attached to the main structure of the house with interior and exterior access to both rooms. They face the sea and have semi-private outdoor seating spaces with wonderful chairs for reading a book with a glass of wine in hand. Each en suite bathroom is spa-like blending white cabinetry with natural stone and glass tiles with hints of color throughout. The large walk-in showers have Indonesian river pebble floors and upscale fixtures for guests to bathe in serenity; with one of the showers facing Anguilla.



Guest Access:

Arrival and Departure Transfer

Complimentary Transfers

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).

Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).

Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person

* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!

The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.

* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.



Other Things to Note:

Availability:

Christmas: 7 nights minimum (departure no later then Dec 30)

New Year: 7 nights minimum (arrival no sooner then Dec 27)

Over both: 10 nights minimum
