Loft in the photo

The loft in the photo is a simple place to stay surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. It also serves as a photography studio and offers a spectacular view of the mountains on the horizon, where the wonderful beaches of Itacoatiara and Itaipu are located, just 5 km away. A peaceful retreat amidst the diversity of the city. It’s located on a quiet street, at the very end of the block, with a forest reserve behind it; every now and then, you can spot native species such as marmosets, woodpeckers, and lizards. Above the house is a trail that starts at the beginning of the street, called Morro da Peça—a very peaceful hike to take with children and a great spot to watch the sunset.

Despite all the peace and quiet of the area, as soon as you reach the avenue—which is 700 meters away—you’ll find a wide variety of great restaurants, a market right around the corner, and a shopping mall with a movie theater 4 km away. And all the most famous fast-food chains are nearby, such as Subway, McDonald’s, and Domino’s.
Very close to the house, on the way to Piratininga Beach, the nightlife is lively, with bars and live shows.

There are a total of five beaches in the surrounding area: Itaipu, Itacoatiara, Piratininga, Camboinhas, and Sossego.


There is no air conditioning.
There is a fan.

Below the living room is a studio apartment that also functions as another vacation rental and is rented out to other guests. They have separate entrances and do not share any common areas with the guests staying downstairs. The other parts of the house do not have a unit below them—only the living room and balcony.

I do not provide sheets, pillowcases, or towels. I do provide comforters and pillows.
