Relaxing holiday accommodation located in tranquil surrounds, opposite a recreational parkland and just short walk to the beach and shops in Cowes main road.

Only 6km from Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.

This holiday home offers 1 bedroom downstairs & 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 Living rooms with a smart TV, a relaxing lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a laundry c/w washing machine, a powder room downstairs and 2 bathrooms upstairs(a bath included in one). Child and infant-friendly.
This new holiday accommodation sleeps 12 and offers free WIFI, cable channels, air conditioning, a cosy back garden and barbecue facilities.
Office workspace available on request.
Linen and towels are provided.

Amazing weekend!

The entire renting process was so great and easy! Great host, very easy to communicate with, and gave clear and concise instructions. The house was very well presented and clean! Awesome location, so close to everything! Will definitely stay here again

Beautiful home, good location

We had a group of 9 stay over new years for 3 nights. The house was amazing and accommodated all of us perfectly. A good location to walk to the beach and into town! Steve was really easy and great to communicate with and accomodate our needs. Highly recommend!

Amazing place

The house was new, modern, very clean and had lots of space to accommodate our family. 5 bedrooms and several toilets.Great location only a short drive to the jetty. Several separate living areas to allow everyone to have their own space if needed. Undercover outdoor BBQ area. Lots of attention to detail with thoughtful features (e.g high chairs, extra fans). All my family were very impressed. Would highly recommend.

Overall had a good experience but there was miss communication with host about either car gurage is allowed to use or not but didn't get any answer either way from host nor provide any sufficient information about it.

Great property, great stay, great memories to look back on.

Clean, spacious & welcoming, walking distance to town centre & beach. Throughly enjoyed our stay, would recommend. We had a group of 8 and never had a problem.

Not a stroll to shops or beach

The home is amazing, as new, clean and spacious. It is in a new estate, and not walking distance to anything...

Hi Vivienne, Thanks for the review. The home is in a new estate off McKenzie Rd and It’s actually a 15min stroll or a 5min drive to the Cowes main street for restaurants or shopping. The closest beach is about a 7min walk. Very pleased to hear that you found the home amazing,clean and spacious.
