Welcome to Loggerhead Cay 532, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico from every room in the condo! You will find this condo a tranquil oasis updated with new soft blue painted walls, sparkling quartz counters and coastal decor.

The sun filled airy kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal. The living room offers a dining table that seats 6. The owners have installed wood plank luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Enjoy relaxing evenings in your living room with plenty of seating for all and a large flat screen TV. You'll find the en-suite primary bedroom a serene oasis at the end of the day with a comfy king size, and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features a queen and twin bed along with a flat screen TV with plenty of closet space for family or guests. If you need to work a bit the owner provides high speed internet and Wi-Fi.

Take in the warm Gulf breezes on the screened-in lanai that overlooks the serene courtyard and pool. This is a family-friendly complex with 168 units and a short walk to direct beach access. The owner provides beach equipment for your convenience. This condo is a dog-friendly (under 25 pounds and 1 dog per unit) with a non-refundable fee.

Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball/tennis courts, shell washing station, shuffleboard and direct gulf access. Brand new e-bike charging station in the back parking lot.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

Great location and nice side view of beach. Good supply of cooking utensils and plastic containers for storing food. Large (& deep) pool that kids enjoyed - in addition to floating in the gulf. Spacious rooms and nice amount of beach chairs. Only one beach towel - so come prepared.

There was a partial view of the ocean from both the front of the condo and from the back, including the balcony. We loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Although reconstruction continues on this property, the tennis courts, pickle ball courts and shuffleboard were brand new and enjoyed by all. We have stayed at Sanibel Holiday properties before and have always been pleased with their service!

Reviewer Comments: We have used Sanibel Holiday in the past and have stayed at Loggerhead Cay previously - everything's always been perfect. Unfortunately, not this latest visit.What seem like minor inconveniences, all grouped together, became a problem for the family, and we ended up leaving the Unit days early and driving home instead. For some unknown reason, the Loggerhead folks decided to do some landscaping work over in the Parking Lot area of our Building. When the work was completed, they decided to Block our reserved Parking Space entirely with a full Bicycle Rack with 4 Bikes on it. And when we needed to find alternative parking because our Space was Blocked, all the Guest spots were taken. Major inconvenience.The next morning the TV/Cable stopped working. We knew rain was in the forecast and had decided to have a "Movie Day & Night" to avoid the weather. But we couldn't do that because Comcast was down. What's the most concerning was that nobody really seemed to care. It left a bad taste in our mouth so we elected to leave.Ughhhhhh

However, the rug needed a deep cleaning. On the day we were leaving the cleaning staff showed up earlier than 10:00 a.m. and had taken over the elevator not allowing those of us leaving to use the elevator. They should wait until guest leave at 10:00 a.m. to hold up the elevator. Many people waiting at the elevator to bring down their possessions. If they only waited till 10:30 a.m. people would be out of their units and out of the building. Someone should tell the cleaning staff that they don't have access to the building till then. It's not fair that we had to hall our staff down the stairs cause they were holding up the elevator.

Each week we stayed we saw great progress around us. There is a lot of construction activity and people moving back in but that gives me confidence Sanibel is on the mend. We were the first to stay in the condo post-Ian. The rental company was very responsive on anything we needed, even stopping over to help locate the remote control for TV. The beach, the sun, and shelling was wonderful. The bike paths are great and there are enough restaurants open to give a variety of options. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Beautiful condo, with all we needed for our vacation. Condo was clean and well maintained. We loved the short walk to the beach and pool. Would definitely stay in this unit again!We have booked through Sanibel Holiday twice now, very friendly management team. Great experience all around!

Fantastic Rental

Rental unit was very clean! It had 4 beach chairs, 2 beach unbrellas and offered a renters closet filled with toys, games etc. Master bath was clogged, called rental office and someone was there within two hours to fix it. Loved that the rental office called after two days to check in on how our stay was and if we needed anything else during our stay.

Check in process was super fast and helpful. The condo was clean and well cared for with exception to the carpet that was stained in many places. When the air conditioner quit cooling, the agency was prompt and courteous. All service people were very polite and responsive.

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with a few things:WE arrived after hours and were unable to get into the unit as it had a code which we had never been informed of and it took awhile to connect with someone who could help us get in. also , the oven did not work at all and we had to live without use of the oven for 2 weeks. toward the middle of our stay, they brough us a very small toaster oven which certainly did not substitute for an oven. It seems that the appliance should have been checked before renting the unit again. Also, the toaster was not working properly. Maybe no one cooks there - we were very disappointed and had to use our friends' oven to do any cooking. It would have been thoughtful to have received some compensation for this inconvenience !

Great beach condo

We had an awaesome time at this rental. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked . Loved the location, great view of the beach and access was only short steps away. Enjoyed the pool, very family friendly.

Excellent Property

We had a great time at Loggerhead Cay. The unit was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The unit had a great view of the pool area, and was very close to the beach so we didn't have very far to walk. The unit had everything we needed to have a great week-long get away. We would absolutely return in the future. Thank you!
