Super Clean Rental

This was a very clean rental which is really important to me. The view of the gulf was really beautiful even looking from across the street. The AC worked well and furniture was comfortable. The access area to the beach is a nice one. Not very busy and literally just across the street. The location is great with access to Seminole and Pinellas Park areas and a short walk or drive to John's Pass. The downsides were mostly due to recovery from Hurricane damage. A repair guy's trailer was in the parking spot so I had to park in the alley behind the building. A minor inconvenience. Also the bathroom was a little cramped. To be fair I am 6'4" but the shower was a bit snug for me. Overall, I would probably

Very nice condo. Beautiful beach themed decorations. Complex is still recovering from recent hurricane but our unit was fully restored.

Very cute decor and direct access to the beach which was so nice. We couldn’t ever get the main room tv to work but didn’t try that hard or ask management- we just used the chromecast on the tv in the bedroom and that worked just fine.

Absolutely loved it. Easy walk across the street to the beach and easy walk to Johns Pass for food and shopping. Area is still recovering from hurricane, but didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Highly recommend

The place is a terrific location & price. We liked it.2 things though...The lights on the stairs outside need improvement Needs more lights, very dark to see where youre going at night. A mirror would be nice in living room or bedroom as well. We shared bathroom mirror with 3 women. Getting ready took a while. The coffee,water and snacks were great! Balcony sitting area was so nice. And a short walk to everything.

Great location, tiny shower and no pool/laundry

This was a great location across from the beach and very clean! I would caution you that the shower is TINY and there is only about 8 inches between the front of the toilet to a wall. I completely understand this area is still recovering from hurricane damage, but there was no laundry facility or pool which should be noted in the listing. Other than that, a good place for a short stay.

Safe and cozy

Fantastic! The area is still scared from the hurricane last year and the devastation is speechless. This place showed signs of damage on the outside first floor area but the second floor (where this condo was location) was breath taking upon entering the front door. The location could not be any better with a beautiful beach a stones throw away and many quality restaurants. Plus John’s pass is a 5min walk. My wife and I had a beautiful time.

For an area that was devastated by a major hurricane a year ago this place was perfect once you opened the door. It was eye opening to see the destruction still in the area but every time we came back we felt safe and secure at this place. Thank you to the host for quick responses when needed.

Great location, super clean. Still recovering from the storm so exterior wasn’t the best but interior and location are to die for. Just wish the pool would’ve been repaired. But planning on staying next girls trip as well.

Walk across to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. This condo was clean, charming and conveniently located.Pool was closed due to damage from hurricane, but who needs a pool when the beautiful Gulf is right across the street?

Perfect accommodations for 2 people! Clean upon arrival. Mom and I had a wonderful mother/daughter special birthday week together. Excellent location- within walking distance to John’s Pass and across the street from the beach. Would stay at this location again!

Nice location roughly 3 blocks from the Pass. Across the street from the beach as well. The hurricanes damaged the bottom floor condos so we were the only ones in the building. Very cozy condo. Awesome location!

The condo was as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent, helpful, and prompt. The unit was clean and nicely equipped. The shower is small and toilet area tight—but both are doable. The community pool was really nice after a busy day of sightseeing. The convenience and walkability to the beach, multiple restaurants and John’s Pass make this place exceptional.

The perfect little seaside stay

We thought this place was everything we needed for our couples beach getaway. Steps from the beach and a short walk to John’s Pass which we enjoyed daily. We were also only a short Uber away from st Pete beach, pass-a-grille, treasure island, downtown st Pete and everywhere we wanted to visit. We thought the place was super cute and also very clean, although it was hard not to track sand every time we came in because it was just so close to the beach! We loved every minute of our stay and all the recommendations previous people left us in the book on the counter!

Perfect location

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful one-bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The location was perfect—super close to the beach and to Jon`s Pass boardwalk with all the stores and restaurants.
