THE SPACE
Everything you desire in a vacation rental is right here and take advantage of a weekly discount! Socially, the main living area features plenty of comfortable seating and a gas fireplace for a night in or for listening to music or watching a movie on the 75” HDTV with surround sound. There is another living room space on the lowest level with its own HDTV/DVD, with a desk / desk chair, electric fireplace and chaise sofa. Finally, the whole crew can enjoy the 6-person salt-water hot tub on the patio off of the kitchen.
KITCHEN
Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful gourmet chef’s kitchen, completely equipped with stainless double ovens, Sub Zero fridge and all the cookware and necessities needed for a memorable dinner including an Instant-pot, crock pot, sous vide and more. Enjoy your gourmet meals in the dining area that easily seats eight, with additional seating for three more at the island bar. There are children's cups/plates/bowls, and a high chair available for use.
THE BEDROOMS
When it is time for some sleep, there are great options to sleep up to 11 people comfortably. The master king bedroom features a walk-in closet, private TV, and convenient full en suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and separate tub. The guest bedroom with a king bed hosts a spacious dresser and a TV. The bunk room features a twin over queen bunk bed and TV. The 4th bedroom features sweeping views and a queen sized bed, as well as a TV and built-in bedside storage. On the multipurpose lowest level, find some privacy from the rest of the house; with its own attached full bath, which functions as an office, as a fifth sleeping space with pullout queen sofa, or as a kids hangout space with desk, games, couch, and TV. This room has an electric fireplace too! Also available in the unit are a folding crib and a baby gate.
DECK
Enjoy the mountain views from a private deck with outdoor seating, a gas BBQ grill, and relax in the 6-person saltwater hot tub for your enjoyment.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The Bear Hollow Village has options for fun year round. Year round, you can work out in the community gym or use the community hot tub which are just steps away from this property. In the summertime, you can just hang out at the community’s pool and hot tub, or use the amenities that include the fitness center, park, putting green, hiking trails and basketball court.
ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
- Park in the private garage, with space for two vehicles and storage for all your sports equipment (whether it’s summer or winter!). With plenty of room for warm weather bikes, pool, and fishing gear, there is also room for up to 6 pairs of boots and gloves on the heated drying rack as well as both ski and board storage! There is room for two more cars in the driveway.
- For the adventurous travelers, there is lots to do in the vicinity of the property! Bear Hollow Village is right next to Utah's Olympic Park, where the 2002 Olympics were hosted! Just up the road from there, you will find an outlet shopping center and a variety of grocery stores and delicious restaurants as well as the world-renowned Woodward extreme sports facility. A few minutes south of Bear Hollow Village on the free shuttle is Park City's Canyons Resort (it is less than 2 miles by car to parking for Cabriolet lift!), one of the best skiing locations in the state!. Continuing south a few more miles, you will find Historic Downtown Park City with various stores, breweries and restaurants. These attractions are near Park City's Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort, both excellent skiing locations. The home is also close to various hiking and biking trails, with access to a paved trail at the entrance of the neighborhood - Park City has over 400 miles of trails to explore, with paths for every ability!. You can access just about everything Park City has to offer in just fifteen minutes or less!
- Traveling can be tricky, good thing Park City has a free bus transit system as well as the new High Valley Transit service, yes there is an app for that, which can help you get around without having to stress about pesky parking requirements.
- Finally, for those of you that have to work while others play, there are several desks available and the property is served by 1Gb ethernet in the main living room with excellent Wi-Fi support throughout the townhouse.
- Note: For home security purposes, exterior facing cameras have been installed near the front and back doors of the home.

Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.
CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
