Generously-sized, these spacious one-bedroom suites provide the ultimate amenity with a private balcony perfect for taking in breathtaking views of Downtown Los Angeles and West Hollywood. - 859 Square Feet - Sophisticated suite features custom designer furnishings - Private Balcony - King Size Bed - Separate Living Space - Walk-in closet - Built-in Desk - Complimentary WiFi - Gourmet, fully-accessorized kitchens with island and sleek, custom furnishings - Select spa-like baths with custom stone, and vanity - Frette Linens and luxury bath amenities - Washer and Dryer in the suite.

Please note: housekeeping is once a week.

2 pet limit; 50lbs weight restriction per pet
Pets over 50 lbs. require approval of the Managing Director
Requirement of DNA animal registration
Annual Lease Pet Fees: $1000.00 non-refundable refundable pet fee per animal which covers the required *DNA animal registration. There is a $150 per pet per month pet rent.
