These spacious studios, located on the 12th floor, range from 350 to 400 square feet and include a private terrace, a tranquil spot for taking in daytime city views or evening stargazing. They offer wet bars that include a microwave, mini-refrigerator, and sink with a granite countertop and a full complement of upscale kitchen accessories. Other features include a luxurious king-sized bed, marble-clad bathroom with glass mosaic accents, Bulgari amenities, Plasma TV featuring a premium HBO cable package. Premium Studios may also feature a seating area, and/or desk depending on the floorplan.

Please note: housekeeping is once a week.

Pet information:
Dogs up to 30 lbs. are allowed; maximum of 2 non-service dogs; $500.00 non-refundable cleaning fee in addition to having to sign the pet addendum. Service animals with documentation stay at no charge but still must sign the pet addendum
