Built in 2014, this gorgeous beach themed 3Br, 3 Bath townhouse is an easy walk over to the beach and boards. In a great downtown location, you are close to great restaurants, shopping, night life and amusements. Park your vehicles in your private 2 car garage! This property offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, washer/dryer, 3 TV's, 3 DVD players, Free WiFi, basic cable, central a/c, and 2 balconies. Outdoor rinse -off is to the right of the unit across from your garage. Unit is smoke free and pet free, occupancy is 8.. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Nice condo

Nice condo with convenience to the beach and boardwalk. It was nice to stay in one where the kitchen was well supplied for cooking.

We had a wonderful stay for the second year at this property! This location was exactly as described, just a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk and many other establishments. A bonus having Starbucks, Dunkin, and a smoothie place right nearby as well. The parking is ideal - a two car garage with enough space to store all beach items. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. The property is the perfect size. Having three showers and a large living room area is wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Excellent place to stay

Very nice town house nothing is lacking. Clean, up it date and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The 2 car garage is a big plus. Loved this place!

Fantastic vacation!

This rental property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults and my twin 3 year old grandchildren. The condo was very clean, spacious, and the perfect location. The very short walk to the beach was key for us! The rental agency was quick to answer any questions and the check in and out process was fast as well. We would definitely rent this place again!

Delightful Times

This was the first time in several years that we could go on vacation with our adult children due to work obligations. The condo was perfect for us; the kitchen was well-furnished for cook-in nights. The location to the beach was perfect. We would walk in the mornings, lay out during the day, then come back to star gaze in the evenings. It was a delightful week in a delightful place we were happy to call home.

Beautiful Place at Downtown Ocean City

We loved our stay at the townhouse, modern and clean. Nice homey feel, loved all the furnishings and the wall decorations. The house was clean and comfy, the kitchen is well stocked. Our kids loved all the board games, thanks to the owners. Just a short block to the beach and boardwalk. Absolutely recommend to families.
