Enjoy great ocean views from the living room and balcony of this spacious 2-bedroom condo. With a large outdoor pool, this building is a family favorite—make plans to return year after year! The condo features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 TVs, free Wi-Fi, central A/C, and parking for 1 car. Smoking is prohibited in the unit, building, and on the grounds. Animals are not allowed. Maximum occupancy is 8. Please note – sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Property was great. We have stayed at the Sea Terrace MANY times. It’s one of our favorites. This room was basic and met our needs for the week.

Great vacation!

We had a great time in Ocean City and loved this condo. Family friendly. Everything was great, lots of pots and pans if you like to cook. Building and condo are slightly dated but still very well kept and we have no complaints. Pool is great, and heated if you're staying in the later months of summer. Overall we would stay here again. Great!

Wonderful view!

The best part of this rental was the ocean front view and how close it was to the beach. Pool was really nice too.

Ocean front, great view, needs updating!!

There is mold on the ceiling in the bedroom with the queen. It appears to be coming from the vent. This caused major allergies all week. Wondering if there were pets too, that wasn’t disclosed. Needs updating!

Property was clean. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Great location for family. No late excessive noise. Unit was very nice and nicely equipped.
