Amazing location…

Amazing location, upstairs bedrooms are fine. Downstairs bedrooms are bit musty, they need a dehumidifier down there. And the downstairs toilet is very weak and borderline doesn't work. Otherwise it’s a great location. Like literally can’t beat the location.

Beautiful spot

Cant beat the view of this house. Easy access to all things Orleans as well. Just a 5 minute drive to all eateries and grocery stores. Quaint place.

Lovely Home

This property is just lovely. It is bright and comfortable. Everything was very clean. We were able to enjoy the beautiful views and the sand flats. Highly recommend.

Great Views

The views were amazing and it was a nice walk along the beach. We biked from there and hit the main rail trail that went through town. We could have fit another family but it was great for just the 4 of us.

Private, Amazing Setting

This property has privacy that is rare for this part of the cape, Because its 1) a large property surrounded by trees and bushes, 2) a sparsely built section of the waterfront; and 3) fronted by a small marsh, its provides a nice seclusion and quite that's amazing and unique. The setting makes the famous bayside sunsets that much more incredible, which you can enjoy from a large deck. You can also easily access the water (at high tide) and flats (at low tide) by walking a minute through the marsh. Its an absolutely incredible setting. The inside of the house has much more useable space than it would appear from the outside. There is plenty of space for four adults and four kids. The bedrooms are decent size, and the main bathroom and kitchen are updated. The basement provides a nice space for kids to hang out at night or in bad weather, in addition to having two bedrooms, a large laundry room and a really useful extra fridge. Overall, this is great rental.

The view is the best feature.

We were generally pleased with the house on Cape Cod Bay. There was the incredible view of Cape Cod bay as promised, and just a short walk down to the tidal ponds at low tide or a short drive over to Skate Beach when we wanted to sit on the beach and swim. The house was large enough for the four adults and one year old. There were few drawbacks, with a musty smell in the lower level which dissipated to a degree once the dehumidifier was turned on (it had been inadvertently disconnected). There were drain flies in the lower level bathroom which were largely remedied by the end of our stay. The management staff was very communicative to help us with these issues. So overall a good week on the Cape.

Time to relax !

We always try and find places that allow us to bring our dogs , this house was great for that . It is in a very quiet and private area with views and sunsets that can't be beat . Great stay !
