The villas at Clipper Court are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

Welcome to Clipper Court 816!

Recently renovated in the summer of 2019, this ground-level one-bedroom, one-bathroom Clipper Court villa offers modern updates and stylish amenities. Enjoy new flooring, countertops, kitchen appliances, a refreshed bath vanity, a tiled shower, and contemporary furnishings.

The spacious ground-level unit features a large back patio perfect for outdoor relaxation. Inside, you'll find new tile flooring throughout, a galley-style kitchen with sleek cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, and convenient access to an adjacent laundry room. The dining area comfortably seats four and opens to both a balcony and the expansive patio.

The inviting living room is furnished for comfort and includes a mounted flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, with direct access to the patio. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and provides direct entry to the beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.

This villa is just a short walk to Harbour Town Marina, local restaurants, and shops. Enjoy both convenience and comfort in this well-appointed retreat.

Great Harbour Town location, and surprisingly we never had a problem finding a parking spot which was a concern for this area...spaces are dedicated to the complex. Oftentimes, a property looks good when you walk in, but when you open drawers and cabinets it's not the cleanest. This was not the case here. Drawers and cabinets clean and neatly organized and the owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need. Fridge was sparkling, as was all surfaces. Bed slept well, and there was plenty of seating for guests. The rental company is very organized and communicative. As a former long time Hilton Head resident, I usually go through a local rental company instead of VRBO (which we usually do other places) and I would highly recommend using Vacation Time. I felt like they made all the difference in the overall experience, rather than when an owner is doing it themselves and using a cleaning company. You will not be disappointed renting this unit for value, location, comfort and overall cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our dishwasher did not work but we only have a few dished and no problem to wash. Loved having a washer and dryer to keep up with our clothes. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Great Place in a Convenient Walkable and Bikeable Location

We usually stay in South Beach, and this was our first time staying in Harbour Town. We loved our stay. It had everything you need for a great Hilton Head vacation. The unit has a comfortable bed and sofas. The location is right at Harbour Town, so it's a quick walk to a bunch of dining and entertainment options. Tennis courts and golf are a 2-minute walk. The bike path is right outside the door, so you can head out to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We appreciate the fact that you allowed our pet dog. The location is wonderful and allowed for long walks. We did not have to scramble for parking too.

This was the perfect condo for the three of us. They were able to explore Harboutown each day while I was at the conference and then we would make the short drive to the beach in the afternoons. Close to great restaurants. Condo was clean and well kept.

Location is great, but the condo had either been sold to someone else that does not keep an eye on it or the cleaning and maintenance people don't care. Dirty floors with hair sitting on them in, hallway, bathroom and bedroom. Paint peeling in bathroom behind toilet, ceiling in shower also. When folks staying a week, you would think you could leave more garbage bags for them. The couch by the window needs replacing as very uncomfortable. On the upside, the amenities like the phone chargers are a plus. Lastly, the fire pit would only stay lit for 10 mins. and shut off, and would not lite back. We love the location. The bed was very comfortable.

Great Weekend Trip

The location was fantastic as we were right in Harbor Town. The villa was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had anything you would need for an extended stay. Pool towels were provided and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Parking is reserved for the units so parking was not a problem despite being in the heart of Harbor Town.

Perfect getaway

Exceptional location. Unexpected outdoor space. Larger indoor space than anticipated. Lots of extras like Google home and Smartcast TVs. Very comfortable king bed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo and pretty much as pictured. Arrived to a clean unit with the exception to the bedding. The bedding was laying on the floor. Called office and they sent someone over to inspect the cleaning done before check in. We left the unit to grab dinner and this was taken care while we were away The washer was running upon arrival too. Ask about that was told that someone had been in to service it and to just turn it off (spinning with nothing in it). Unit is fairly quiet; you will hear some street noise but the water running down the pipes from the upstairs unit every time toilets were flush or baths were taken made lots of noise. Would actually wake me up during the night. Decided to do some laundry and water came running out onto the floors. I tried to make contact with owner that evening around 8ish and did not hear back from the owner until 1030 am the next day. Service guy again came in while we were away so we weren’t told if repaired or not. Called and was told the service guy would not be able to get a part. I told them I had a washer full of clothes. Was told to spin them and then unplug the washer. Cute unit, just couldn’t see more than 2 people in this unit. Bathroom is extremely small, and doors inside bathroom need cleaning. Couches are NOT comfortable, cushions sag in very badly. Kitchen was equipped well. King bed was comfortable. Location was great. Last parking lot in the left before the lighthouse and restaurants. Overall I don’t think I would stay in this unit again but would stay in the area again. Love the convenience of shops and restaurants. Love the harbor!
