Welcome to Clipper Court 816!

This ground-level one-bedroom, one-bathroom Clipper Court villa offers modern updates and stylish amenities. Enjoy new flooring, countertops, kitchen appliances, a refreshed bath vanity, a tiled shower, and contemporary furnishings.

The spacious ground-level unit features a large back patio perfect for outdoor relaxation. Inside, you'll find tile flooring throughout, a galley-style kitchen with sleek cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, and convenient access to an adjacent laundry room. The dining area comfortably seats four and opens to both a balcony and the expansive patio.

The inviting living room is furnished for comfort and includes a mounted flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, with direct access to the patio. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and provides direct entry to the beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.

This villa is just a short walk to Harbour Town Marina, local restaurants, and shops. Enjoy both convenience and comfort in this well-appointed retreat.

Stayed at this property over Labor Day Weekend 2026 and had an absolute blast being so close to everything Harbourtown has to offer! The unit was the perfect size, very comfortable & clean, with the only notable downside being a couple cockroaches found their way into the unit. I'd imagine this has a lot to do with the muggy & buggy summer season still in full effect around that time but obviously still not the best thing to see a few times during our stay. It didn't impede our ability to enjoy the stay but just be aware of that heading into your stay, especially during the summer months. Hopefully the property manager/owner invests in occasional bug spray services to help minimize this experience for future guests. But overall, 9/10 would recommend!

Great property!

This pet friendly property is clean, well kept and located in the heart of Harbourtown. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants. It was our second stay at this property and probably won’t be our last.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time it was fun to be able to walk over the Harbortown in 2 minutes and have drinks/dinner and see the sights. Very nice unit and we would stay there again.

Perfect getaway spot and location was excellent!! Everything was outside front door.

Front start to finish our experience was super easy and we were completely satisfied with accommodations we loved all Harbour town has to offer. Great restaurants and shops were right outside front door! And it was a bonus to bring out 2 little dogs! We were very happy and didn’t want to leave.

The condo was very clean and in a great location. Our major issue was how very uncomfortable the sofa and loveseat were in the living room. We were also a bit surprised at how very small the bathroom is.

Thanks for allowing our pet dog

We appreciate the fact that you allowed our pet dog. The location is wonderful and allowed for long walks. We did not have to scramble for parking too.

Great Weekend Trip

The location was fantastic as we were right in Harbor Town. The villa was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had anything you would need for an extended stay. Pool towels were provided and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Parking is reserved for the units so parking was not a problem despite being in the heart of Harbor Town.

Great Place in a Convenient Walkable and Bikeable Location

We usually stay in South Beach, and this was our first time staying in Harbour Town. We loved our stay. It had everything you need for a great Hilton Head vacation. The unit has a comfortable bed and sofas. The location is right at Harbour Town, so it's a quick walk to a bunch of dining and entertainment options. Tennis courts and golf are a 2-minute walk. The bike path is right outside the door, so you can head out to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Exceptional location. Unexpected outdoor space. Larger indoor space than anticipated. Lots of extras like Google home and Smartcast TVs. Very comfortable king bed.

Perfect Location

I was so pleasantly surprised by this darling condo! Great condition, modern decor, and just the right size for me and my dog. Loved its location most of all. We were steps from the action of Harbourtown, but the noise and activity wasn't intrusive. It was great having a reserved parking place in such a busy area. I will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We so enjoyed being in walking distance of Harbor Town and being able to visit The Bakery every morning. The apartment was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our dishwasher did not work but we only have a few dished and no problem to wash. Loved having a washer and dryer to keep up with our clothes. Would recommend staying here for sure.
