Everything was very clean and very nice. The property was accurate to the description. The only negatives I have are:- The door code we were given did not work, so I had to call when we arrived to get a new code.- The gate for this property changes the code every thursday, we were not informed of this and ended up locked outside after returning to the parks after midnight wednesday. We went to the security gate, and the new code was wrong, so we had to go back to the gate again the next day.It would be nice if we would have known this, or there was some way to get the code automatically. - Pool heating is not worth the extra charge. The pool doesn’t really heat, only the hot tub does and only when the jet is on. The hot tub water then overflows to the pool, heating it slightly. You can’t leave the jets on constantly because they’re on a timer.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the cleanliness of the home and the accuracy of the listing. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the community gate code. Champions Gate is currently implementing changes to its check-in and access procedures, and during this transition some guests may experience unexpected issues. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially after a long day, and we appreciate your patience while these updates are being rolled out. Regarding the pool heating, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. When you contacted us during your stay, we provided troubleshooting guidance and requested additional information so we could further investigate the concern. We did not receive any follow-up communication, which limited our ability to continue diagnosing the issue or arrange additional assistance before your departure. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve the experience for future guests. -DA

Nice property

The property was comfy and the furniture was modern. My main issues were that there were not any door knobs on the closet that opened to the laundry area and there was some trash left from the previous renter when we arrived. We had to figure out how to open the laundry area.. However, my family had a great time, there was adequate space for us and the beds were comfy.

The property was very nice , the game room really couldn’t be used because the ping pong table had a broken net and 1 paddle and a ball, one of the stools was very unsafe and one of the pool table sticks were broke, and the air was extremely cold we tried to raise the temperature, but it would return to 68 degrees myself , my son and my grand daughter, are now sick because of it, but everything was wonderful beautiful homes well cared for and clean.

Towels and wash rags

We noted that we had a group of 12 coming to this property but in the five bathrooms it was only two to one towels in the bathrooms and only one wash rag in each bathroom and when we called the service number to get extra so everyone could have one they said that they were on the way but never came so we ended up having to go out and buy towels and rags

Big property that fit our entire party but had some hiccups

One of the main roads getting to the property is blocked so you have to go all the way around (ask the guard) to a gate where your passes won't work. Brought this up to the management company and they said they'd send us new passes but didn't so you just have to call the guard gate every time. AC also stopped working the last night we were there. Other than that, it was a good property that was able to fit all of us and had everything we needed.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you found the home clean and had a great overall stay. Regarding the grill, early check-in, and late check-out, these are optional additional services that guests can choose to add if needed, rather than standard inclusions. This helps us offer more flexibility depending on each guest’s plans. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to host you again in the future! -The IHM Team.

Improvements needed

The gate passes never worked. Had to call the guard every time. There wasn’t enough towels for the bathrooms for the amount of people in the booking. Not enough garbage bags for the length of the stay and the amount of people staying. Some of toilet paper rolls were not full rolls at the start of our stay. The room with the two beds did not have actual mattresses. Other than that it was a great property, more spacious than anticipated.

We didn’t want to leave!

This home was perfect! It was clean, spacious, & so fun for our large group. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The management was responsive to any questions we had during the stay. The home has a screen in the living area that allows you to buy the pool heat in case you don’t find the time to do so prior to your stay. The screen also displays an optional offer to pay an additional $100 for a late check out on the last day of your stay, which we went for! The only thing I would suggest is purchasing some extra toilet paper, there was only one additional roll in each bathroom. There were pool towels to use, but not many bath towels, may want to bring those along. Very nice place, I definitely recommend this home!
