Experience the best of Melbourne, staying in this luxurious Victorian heritage home. Built in the 1890s, this stunning house has been fully renovated and refurbished, resulting in a captivating blend of old and new. The house has retained its classic internal features including high ceilings, open fire places, cornicing, lead lighting and polished wooden floorboards, and also benefits from luxury modern fittings including cosy hydronic heating and refrigerated air conditioning.

This gorgeous house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a modern kitchen with stone benches and European appliances, two separate living spaces (including an expansive open plan kitchen/living area), a dining area and a study.

Designed with entertaining in mind, the paved backyard has a built-in barbeque, a comfy outdoor lounge setting, a gorgeous water feature with water lilies and a stunning array of mature plants. Off street parking is available in the front garden. Guests have access to Netflix and unlimited WiFi NBN Internet.

Absolutely fabulous in every way!

A wonderful experience in an absolutely gorgeous house! The location is perfect- only a short walk to the shops and quick trip into the city centre. Kate was a great host who responded to all inquiries quickly and kindly. Would not hesitate at all to stay here again next time I’m in Melbourne.

Please let me know if you need any ideas as to how to spend your time in Melbourne (including where our best local eateries and cafes are!). I love travel (though am somewhat hampered in this respect at the moment with the 2 rug rats), and I have lived overseas (in England, France, Germany and Greece) for the best part of a decade. I have also travelled extensively throughout Europe, South America and Asia. Whether you're an Aussie or international traveller, my husband Alex and I would love to welcome you to this little slice of paradise :)

Guests can contact me at any time before or during their stay with any questions, and I'll aim to respond within an hour. Guests will be provided with a pin code for the front door.
