The property is just like the pictures! The house is close to a buay road but it's pretty quiet inside. The beds were really comfortable! Heads up that they do use scented laundry supplies, hand soaps, and plug ins so we put all those away and had to air the house out for a couple hours. We loved the firepit and our son enjoyed having smores for the first time.

The property was ideal for our two dogs, large walled in back yard to play in. House was very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Only improvement I would like to see is dining table for more than 4 people. Neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking the dogs.

A nice home, comfortable beds, a nice space to gather outside, tastefully decorated with a nice kitchen and dining room sitting for the four of us. It is only 2 houses away from a very busy street, so the sound of traffic is constant when you are outside or if have a window open. Sounds from the nearby fire station are also challenging at night.

We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the home, the comfortable beds, and the outdoor space, and that the kitchen and dining area worked well for your group. Regarding the surrounding area, the fire station is not close to the property, and the home has hosted guests for many years with very limited feedback about street noise. For guests who want to get a sense of the neighborhood, the fire station and nearby streets can easily be viewed on any map or Google Maps before booking. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and are pleased to hear that several aspects of the home contributed to an enjoyable stay.

We were in Tucson to watch our daughter college softball team. Great location to the field. This place had good location to many restaurants and shopping. Definitely would stay here again.

My home away from home

This is my second stay at this property. This is a very comfortable house and the the outdoor space is a huge draw for my family. We will return the next time we are in town, without a doubt.

Nice home , beds were quite comfortable. Big yard, pet friendly. Nice large back patio. Main bath was good size, bath off back bedroom very small. No where to put luggage, needs table or luggage racks, would be helpful. Good communication with Clint

Lovely Home

House was lovely. Beds were so comfortable. Lovely back patio and yard with games and fire pit. The only drawback was the plug-in room deodorizer was WAY too strong and we had to unplug it until we left.

Great Rental

We had a great stay at this property! The neighborhood isn’t the best when you drive in, but I think that’s just Tucson in general. There are security doors on both doors so we felt safe. The house was updated, clean, and super cute! We loved the yard activities! It is close to several stores and restaurants and only about 10-15 minutes to the U of A campus which was the reason we were visiting. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Home Away from Home

The house was very clean! Great location too. The only downside was the super busy fire department. Woke us up all night all 3 nights. Not something you can control, just hard to get a good nights sleep. The kids loved the putting green & cornhole too

Not the best place I’ve ever stayed

The location was fine, the bedrooms were very nice. I couldn’t get past the tub and shower walls. It was like showering in a barn which isn’t for me.

Perfect place to stay

My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks. This was the perfect place to stay. This property was literally a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the decor was really nice and the layout was great. There is plenty of space for everyone and the home was very secure. Everything that we needed was on hand… Toiletries, pots , pans ..you name it…it was readily available. The host responded in a timely manner any time that I reached out. The check in process was simple and easy. The amount of space for the price was unbeatable. If we are every in the area again, I will look for this property again.

This property is just as it is pictured. The house was nice and clean. The beds were all comfy, with plenty of pillows to choose from. Kitchen is nicely stocked with tools to prep and cook or grill a meal. The back porch and yard with fire pit were my favorite part. We spent hours out there chatting and playing games. This is the perfect spot to just hang out and relax. One suggestion would be a screen topper fire the fire pit. This is in no way a complaint, just a suggestion in case the wind kicks up. Clint was very responsive to my few questions. I don’t have a single complaint. This property was hands down the best home rental I’ve ever stayed at! My daughter wants to know when we’re going back, and we will. Thank you for helping to make it memorable

First time in Tucson

Two newly retired couples. We chose this location for two reasons. It had a TV in every bedroom and is was in a location that allowed us to walk to restaurants and shopping. I gave a 5 star rating because it met those needs. With in 1 1/2 miles we walked to RoadHouse, Cane’s Chicken, McDonalds, Starbucks, Burros Pizza, Whataburger and more. We also walked to Park Place Mall. The area was safe and the house was clean. The location is by a busy road and was in an older neighborhood. The house had all the essentials. The house has three bedroom but only dining seating for 4. The living room has a great TV but only one couch and one chair. Again only seating for 4. There were no games, books or variety of puzzles like some places have. We were pleased with this home as it met the specific needs we were looking for. They were quick to respond and very helpful.

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the worst. Upon arrival, the house had a terrible smell that had tried to be masked by a room deodorizer. Even with opening all the windows we could not get rid of it. Therefore we mostly stayed on the patio which had not been cleaned. My suggestions for this home to be an Evolve Home are to identify the putrid smell and get it fixed, do a top to bottom cleaning of the house both indoors and outdoors and let renters know that the property is very close to a busy Street so the noise from sirens, motorcycles, loud truck and cars goes on most of the time. Small things are to provide wine glasses with the welcoming bottle of wine, hair dryers for both bathrooms and an extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom (I think the toilet paper shortage is over).

Hi Mike, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: -We encourage guests to notify us during their stay about any concerns or questions. You didn't bring up these issues when we spoke during your stay, so we weren't given the opportunity to make things right. -We later discovered the neighborhood had a plumbing problem that caused an odor, but it has since been repaired.   -We take great pride in the cleanliness of our home, as you can see in all of our other reviews. The backyard patio does consistently collect some leaves from the tree next door, which makes it difficult to keep clean, but the leaves are minimal.  -The home does have wine glasses located in the dining room.  -As our listing states, we do provide a starter pack of essentials. We provide an extra toilet paper roll per bathroom and extra paper towels but advise guests to bring more if they feel they'll need it.  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Nice home

Placing our reservation was very easy. Before we came we had to make a change and that was handled in a timely manner. The property is in a older quiet neighborhood. The home has been remodeled and has all updated appliances. The one big plus is there TV in every bedroom and a large one in the living room. The patio is so nice to enjoy the outdoors. The home is conveniently located on major arteries so getting around town to nice. We were concerned that it was close to Wilmot because of the traffic noise but the home is well insulated against outside noise. We were in need of help from the owner and he was there almost immediately to provide excellent service. Will come back when we are in the area!

Family Stay

My family joined me for a work trip and this was the perfect house. The cleanliness of functionality of this house is spot on! They’ve thought of everything from available HDMI cords, spare hangers in each closet, outlets next to each bed. It is centrally located in Tucson and walking distance from the mall and restaurants.
