A newly renovated, converted garage space with all of the comforts of home. A sleek space with a beautiful outdoor area. Light and bright, new and modern. This studio space comfortably accommodates 2 guests. Including wifi & AC - Affordable living in the suburbs, yet close too public transport, Sydney university and the vibrant happening streets of Glebe.

A unique entrance into this converted garage space. You'll enter from Foss Street through the remote control garage door that doubles as a solid, sound proof wall. Once inside, everything is completely private and it's a lovely space full of sunshine and really nicely renovated with quality fittings and appliances.

The bed is a king size and the space has fully reverse cycle Air conditioning for summer and winter comfort.

Glebe is a popular spot for coffee lovers and market goers. At the top of your Street you will find many cafe's, restaurants and hidden bars as you walk down Glebe Pt Rd. Also conveniently located only a 10min walk away is Broadway Shopping Mall

Sydney University and UTS are only a short 15-20min walk from the home also.

Great location to the city and bus routes

The location was great as it is very close to bus routes into the city which made getting around without a car easy. There was a bit of street noise in late evening due to the garage door not being sound proof but it was a nice neighbourhood to stay in.

Close but not too close

The property was as described. It was a good cheaper alternative. Great coffee shops and access to the city by bus. A great place to return to at the end of the day, but not the most comfortable if you want to spend a day lazing at your accomodation.
