Beachfront- 3 living areas 4 bedroom 2.5 bath -7 TVs -fast free internet- inground spa heats to 40c and the lights above it are Bluetooth speakers. -breakfast included- all toiletries supplied -5 hole putting green /mini golf.
2 red and 2 white quality wines, 4 Pale ales, 4 ciders and 4CHP bottled water are complimentary.
Luxurious living many inclusions. 2 fire pits loads of wood, many towels, additional doonas, pillows and blankets supplied. Outdoor heating also.
Ducted indoor heating, 2 split systems and heaters/fans for each room 6 bikes and helmets.
Kareoke, PlayStation, large chessmen, Apple TV & projector for garage ‘glamping’.
Range of beach equipment including beach cricket.
Tennis racquets supplied for courts across the road.
Fully stocked pantry & well equipped kitchen, bbq connected to gas. 5 mins from city centre and nearest licensed supermarket, 10 mins to Surfcoast shopping outlets.
Kids playground 20 mtrs away and easy walking distance to the Sands Golf Course. All towel rails are heated.
There are many additional beds that are top quality with latex mattresses, and doonas, pillows and sheets supplied….. And…The BEACH IS ACROSS THE ROAD

Great stay, amazing location and facilities

The house was great! All the facilities you could've hoped for. Bedding situation and towels were as described and no major issues with the house. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Sands which served a great dinner.

Perfect for families

A wonderful property with lots of added features to help you enjoy your stay. The owners were very friendly and communication was excellent with check-in and any other questions we had. Would easily stay again.

Has potential - but it wasn’t clean

This house is in an amazing location with great amenities and has the potential to be 5 stars. Unfortunately, it wasn't very clean or well-kept. When we arrived, the cleaning hadn’t been finished—the owners said their cleaners didn’t show. As rental property owners ourselves, we understood the stress, and appreciated the restaurant vouchers and ice cream they gave us to make up for it.However, when we were told the house was ready (aside from a few beds, which we agreed to make), we walked into strong odors of cigarettes, alcohol, mildew, and possibly vomit. Our kids refused to sleep in the bunk room they had been so excited about because of the smell.We found a dirty pillow, stained bedding, dirty floors, cobwebs, and the worst part: a maggot in the coffee pot the next morning. Sadly, no photo was taken of that.We debated whether to bring this up privately or just leave a review. Wanting to give the owners a chance to make things right, we spoke to them respectfully. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel our concerns were received professionally. A refund was mentioned but hasn't appeared over a week later.So while we hoped not to leave a negative review, the experience didn’t live up to the promise, and we felt future guests should be aware.

The following are the lists and review during our 2nights stay* downstairs sink drain plug faulty and cause sink to block* aircon upstairs blows smelly air* majority of comforters/doona are very smelly as if they have not been washed* majority of pillows are very smelly* kitchen rangehood fan and light not working * filthy bbq looked like it has not been clean for so long* alfresco area table and bench very dirty* lighs in the alfresco are not enough to lighten at night* alfresco fly screen door broken.* majority of toilet seats are sliding out* kitchen tap and other bathroom taps are wobly* TV upstairs has no aerial and cannot watch any channel.* ability to check in was very late The house needs a bit of maintenance and cleaning specially the comforters and pillows considering the amount of money being charged.

Disappointing

Property location was great however the house was extremely dirty and we spent an hour vacuuming and cleaning before we could get settled. The upstairs deck was covered in cigarette butts and dust/sand. TVs didn’t work properly, linen didn’t feel like it had been changed, dishwasher still had dirty dishes in it, food had been left over in the fridge from previous guests. Owner was still cleaning when we arrived at 3:45pm even though our check in was from 3pm. Not what you expect when you pay the sort of money we did.

Great long weekend away

Great sized, well equipped house for our group of friends. Although our checkin was a little later than expected the owner communicated this to us in a timely fashion.

Everything we needed and some.

The house is comfortable with lots of space for a large group of people. The best part is that it’s a 5min walk to Whites Beach. Vera has equipped the house with everything we needed.

Aggressive owner and charges for firewood

Location is great and the property is nice. However we would not recommend at all. Number of bedrooms is 4 not 5, and the number of beds is inaccurate. No check in or out instructions. Single fold out beds are completely unusable. We were charged for using firewood, accused of breaking a door and stealing a fan. We've been organising golf trips as friends for 7+yrs and never had an issue. But the worst were the threats from the owner. No discussion or justification for a charge and a threat of police until we asked why. Threats continued an even threatened with bikes if we didn't pay. It's a nice place but not worth it for this kind of behaviour. Happy to show messages from the owner to whoever is interested.

Great setup but beds not great

House is excellent. Great spa. Pool table and table tennis were awesome. Upstairs chiminea and downstairs fire pit were well used by us. Single beds were not great, however. These were in fact couch-chairs that converted to single beds and were extremely hard. Most people who slept on these relocated to the couches during the night. Putting these aside, the house is very well set up.

Great house with everything you need

Stay started with a bit of confusion with arriving at the property at 2pm to check in and it still not being ready in which the host did not leave the property until 4pm for us to check in. - Only fault on the house is the bedding situation. “Single” beds are not actual single beds and are not adequate for adults, they are chairs that fold out to flat beds but are quite small in size and would not fit a large adult. House only has 4 actual bedrooms with double/queen size beds, better suited for 4 couples or 8 adults (who are happy to sleep together) as we had 6 couples and were all in our mid 20’s and found the sleeping arrangement very difficult. This aside the house is equipped with literally everything you could ask for and we had a great time over the stay.

The perfect house and host!

This property is amazing and has everything you need! Whether it is for a family holiday or weekend away with a group of friends it is suitable for everyone. Wonderful

4CHP is very clean, close to the beach and the spa was amazing. The host was very accommodating and the extra touches made all the difference. Would definitely recommend.
