The property is great for dogs - our dog Stella was very lucky to meet the owners of this property . Maribel and her family were wonderful . We received fresh jam mad by the owner upon our arrival . The apartment was so clean and well equipped . We stayed here for over a month while we looked for a home to buy - the neighbourhood is beautiful and so relaxing . We took Long walks with the dog and enjoyed many parks in the area . The location is close to shopping , close to coffee shops and has a great local fish store . This Vrbo host should rank as the best ! Thank you so much Mirabel and your family you have a wonderful place to share with others .

This was a perfect place for us to stay while we found permanent home in Edmonton . It is so central to shopping , buses, and parks . The neighbourhood is perfect for walking , trails in the valley are so accessible! The Maribel is an excellent host - offering fresh made jam and vegetables from the garden . The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the unit has laundry facilities . thank you to the great hosts and the wonderful accommodations while we worked on finding our new home in Edmonton .

Beautiful basement suite. My family stayed here for three weeks in between selling our home and getting possession of our new home, and it was a great decision.Maribel and Victor are very welcoming and accommodating, and they are fantastic hosts. My kids enjoyed with their children.With two adults, three young children, and our dog, it was definitely cozy, but there was enough space to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Capilano is very near to downtown — you can get there in less than 10 minutes — and other major roads, so very convenient isn’t wherever you need to get to.Really happy with everything about our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing basement suite

I have never stayed in a more welcoming home. Everything about this place is perfect for me. The high ceilings (I'm 6'7" / 200cm tall), the lighting and windows, the heating/cooling, the blazing fast WiFi, the shower, and the lack of carpeting. It's absolutely perfect. The hosts are both professional and friendly. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!

Couldn't be happier!

The suite is spacious and beautiful, and Maribel and Victor are incredibly friendly and supportive hosts, as well as being very responsive. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect!

We were in Edmonton to welcome the arrival of our new granddaughter 😊. The location was perfect and the suite is in a great neighbourhood. It was an exact match to our needs. The host, Maribel, is very friendly - it was truly a pleasure to meet her. We’ll be back!

Quick Stay While Looking For A Home

We enjoyed our stay while looking for a new home to buy. The suite was clean and looked exactly as indicated in the photos. Maribel and Victor were great to communicate with. Halfway through our stay, we found a home. We were very happy to have a comfortable place to call home during our search.

Never wanted to leave

We found ourselves caught in between selling our home and buying a new home We needed to find a clean acceptable place to live temporarily. This meticulously clean, two bedroom unit provided enough space, comfort, and ease of access we could never have even imaged. The owners of the property were like instant family (but the good kind). They were so accomdating, unimaginably friendly and a pure joy to be around. The unit provided as much privacy as we wanted yet we found ourselves outside enjoying their company, the neighborhood, and everything else that it had to offer. You can choose other vacation rentals, but you'll never get the same respect and comfort as you will by choosing to stay here. I should mention that it is also fully secured, key codes for all doors, and offers storage space if needed. The neighborhood is so kind and friendly you won't feel the need for the extra security but it's there nonetheless. Also the amenities are top notch with litteraly everything you would ever need to feel the comfort of home. All brand new, super clean, and very convenient. I can't express enough and I just wish everyone should have the same experience and opportunity that we had.
