Nice property. Clean, quiet & peaceful, yet close to beach and main drag. Nice deck with outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet! Wish I could have stayed longer.

Quiet, cute and convenient.

Really cute, updated comfy townhouse with nice amenities. The view of the salt pond from the front porch is like a Monet painting. Super quiet, tucked away, yet quick bike ride to the beach. Cleanliness upon check-in was about an 8/10 (dusty headboards, things like that), but overall a great experience. Would stay there again.

Perfect

This was available late in the season and we weren't expecting much. But it was perfect! Plenty of room, secluded enough to be quiet, but close enough to the beach to not be an inconvenience. We (5 of us) loved it!

Good place for families

This was my first time staying at Bethany. The property was the perfect size for my family with 3 boys and they loved having the pool in walking distance. The beach was just far enough away that it required a drive. Unfortunately , it was CROWDED and very hard to get in and find parking, which I’m assuming was because it was a holiday weekend. The house itself could have used a deep clean (dust), but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Be sure to bring your own linens (all of them!) and be prepared to have a flash back of your childhood wrestling with a fitted sheet on a top bunk :) Overall, it was a good value and my boys had a great time!

Great place! Nice decorated and close to the beach.

I brought my teenage daughter and four of her friends to the beach for a graduation celebration. They loved the house and the close proximity to the boardwalk. There are NO linens at all (sheets, towels, bath towels, kitchen towels) and no paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) so remember to bring them. Bathrooms are in need a deep clean. Teenagers didn't notice but a more sophisticated crowd would have.

Convenient Location

First visit to Bethany Beach. Enjoyed the convenient location and easy access to downtown Bethany and free trolley rides with stops within the community. Pool is a nice option in combination with the beach. Although the boardwalk is quaint it’s only a short drive to Rehoboth Beach and the outlets. Outdoor shower was a big plus. Cleanliness fell short of expectations and owner is not receiving services they are paying for to turnover the unit. Personally cleaned unit, cleaning under furniture and beds and baseboards throughout unit. Recommendation to have a clean set of mattress covers and pillow covers available for guests or request guests to strip them and place in washer for cleaning crew to wash and dry to improve overall cleanliness of beds. Sofa had sand on it as well as master bedroom floor upon arriving. Shower curtains need attention too. We cleaned again before we departed and left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. Thankful for the vacuum cleaner which also needed to be cleaned before I used it as the filters were filthy.

Salt Pond Road was perfect for my husband and me

The location was close enough to the beach to walk, but not close enough to hear all the noise that can come with it. The location was beautiful, and private and the unit well maintained. We would definitely go back. It would be great if the house numbers were displayed near the road. We arrived in the dark and drove around the plan several times until we found it.

Perfect family beach vacation

We had a great family vacation here. The unit had everything we needed. The patio and outdoor shower were really nice. The shared pool is also great. We were close to the beach and lots of restaurant options. The kids also really enjoyed taking the trolly from right outside the unit to the town center for dinner and ice cream.

SO Close to perfection...

This rental was delightful. Great communication from owners. Very cute and charming inside with LOTS of amenities. Very close to downtown and the beach. Could walk or bike no problem. Very quiet neighborhood with families all around. Pool on property. Check in and check out were great. Only issue we had was the bathrooms were not cleaned up prior to our arrival- sand in the bathtubs and hair in places they should not be. The charm of the place and the location quickly overcame this lapse. Quick trip to Bethany and location wise we got super lucky with this place. Would love to come back through.....
