This is a older style original Mt Beauty house. It’s basic but well located near Snowfields of Falls Creek, Mountain bike and walking tracks are also nearby .
It has comfortable beds with electric blankets, a great location and decent kitchen for cooking after a day outdoors. Mt Beauty is a 42 min drive to falls Creek.
This house is great for people who like to be outdoors all day and come home for a good nights sleep. The house is basic so please don't come here expecting a day spa type holiday.
Mt Beauty has lots of bike trails, hiking and water activities to keep you busy. Close to Big Hill Mountain Bike Park.
The house has recently been re stumped and the garden is being re done. So the outside may look a little strange as the base boards are not on the bottom of the house yet. We have had to ask guests to BYO bedding and Towels. Unfortunately we have had too many problems with reliable housekeeping. I am trying to rectify this but in the meantime i have reduced the rate of stay. Thank you for your understanding.

This property belonged to My grandparents my mother and her four sisters grew up there. I was born in Mt Beauty and have spent many summers and winters in Mt Beauty, including now with my own 12 year old daughter. I am renting the house out so others can experience the beautiful Alpine area. Close to Mountain Biking and with Rivers to swim in during summer and snow in winter it really is a great place for being outside and relaxing.
