Summary:
Walk or bike only 1 mile to Vanderbilt beach. New construction, new furniture, bright and open floor plan, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Can potentially sleep 9 if the 4th bedroom is used. The 4th bedroom is a den with a twin trundle daybed (sleeps an additional 2). The bunk bedroom consists of a double (bottom) and a twin (top). Large master suite with a King bed, fireplace, a large bathroom featuring a free-standing bathtub, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Heated pool for $20 per night. Drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Bikes, beach chairs, toys and umbrella in the garage.

Additional Fees...All fees are taxable. If you need to add additional amenities after booking please do so 1 week prior to your arrival. $20 per night extra charge to heat the pool (please ask if interested - discounts offered for longer stays.)

No pets, No smoking, No parties. This property is in a residential area with a 10 pm noise ordinance.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

We highly recommend this home to anyone! The home was extremely clean, comfortable, convenient to my work appointments and places we wanted to visit as a family. The location was central to just about anywhere you need to go between Naples, Ft. Meyers, Bonita Springs, the RSW airport, and plenty of nearby beaches to choose from. We loved the layout of the home, how well the kitchen was stocked, and the pool! Recommendations would be to update the exterior furniture, give the front and rear exterior of the home a good cleaning, have an auto lock with code to get in the house instead of a key, and replace dead plants with faux or real plants. We will definitely be back when in the area. Thank you for being such great hosts!!

Lovely stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, brand-new home in Naples, Florida. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable. It's just 5 minutes from the beach and the Mercato shopping and dining area, which was incredibly convenient.The backyard is a highlight — a lovely pool and a stylish outdoor dining area made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early.Thank you so much for hosting us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Nice property with family

The location was close to shopping, the beach & eateries. It was clean & spacious. We also enjoyed the poolside tremendously. Overall it was a great place we chose to celebrate my birthday.

Destination wedding

The Angel House was absolutely beautiful. Very tranquil ambiance, so nicely decorated. And all the details were covered - from a fully stocked kitchen for gadgets, cleaning supplies, bath towels, beach accessories, right down to the bike locks. The home owner thought of everything. .

Lovely stay. Perfect start to the summer.

The house is gorgeous. It was clean, spacious, stocked up with all of the necessities (cups, plates, pots, silverware, basic seasonings, paper towels, toilet paper, etc). No personal hygiene stuff, so do pack your own. The kids loved the pool, we paid extra for the heater- totally worth it. Overall 5 stars and will book again in the future. Thank you Oceanside Rentals!

Beautiful home!

Loved the house and the location, definitely enough room for our family! The only issue was the communication with the rental company, took a lot longer than it should have to get responses to questions. Other than that, very positive experience!!

Lovely home in fantastic location

Great home for two families. Screened in lanai ideal for the pool area. Well-stocked kitchen. Pool toys, beach chairs, sand toys in the garage. Family games and step stools for littles in the bathrooms. Paid to have the pool heated, however it was still on the cooler side. Outdoor bathroom and a shower perfect for when using the pool.

Lovely house with quick access to everything you need in town. Nice backyard with pool and outdoor grill. The only challenging thing that we experienced was the check in process. The wrong address was listed on our booking confirmation so we walked up to a house already with residents in it (next door). We were not given the door code for access prior to arrival and waited about 30 mins outside the house to receive the information after multiple texts and calls unanswered to the rental management company. We had also asked for the pool to be heated ahead of time and the heater was off so we could not enjoy it the day of arrival. With all that said, we had a lovely time and the house was great! Once we were able to get connected with the management company, it was smooth sailing and they were very helpful. Would still recommend staying here !

The rental was gorgeous! Very nice spot and close to a lot of beaches and touristy spots! Would definitely go back! Did have issues with not having dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper that was promised and had to go out and purchase our own. We had the full capacity and what was left/provided was not enough for our group. There was also not basic things like garbage bags. We were told to bring food, toiletries and drinks.

Great vacation! The house is mostly clean, well equipped but most all, very well located. Just 2 mins driving to Vanderbilt beach and shopping and dining easily accesible. We had a medical situation after midnight and arrived at the hospital in 7 mins. Some utensils in the kitchen were not spotless clean, probably had been put in the dishwasher without being rinsed before. The major setback we had is the day we arrived someone had parked his truck in the driveway so we could not park. We didn’t know whose car it was and tried to reach the company and they answered an hour and a half later!!!. Thankfully the truck had a phone number and we called. The owner was the next door neighbor. He came and removed it. All of that was before the company answered back via text. Same thing every time I tried to reach them by mail. I even had to contact Expedia to give me more information Overall, I would say that house is great but the company that runs it maybe needs to pay attention to his cleaning and communication team.
