Two senior couples - wildflowers and hiking trip. Found the perfect place to stay… coffee on the balcony with a gorgeous view in the morning… wandered the hills all day… wine back on the balcony at night. Beautiful condo with everything you need. Will come again!

Came for my nephews wedding with my elderly and it accommodated them very well, even with an early check in so they could rest before a rehearsal dinner. This place was perfect! My dad was skeptical since he has only stayed in hotel he’s a believer now. It was clean, quiet, very roomy and has great views. The host is very responsive and great to work with, we had a smoke detector that the battery was going out and they came very quickly to fix it and we are grateful .I wouldn’t even call this a problem at all. Once of the best VBRO’s I’ve stayed at.

Nice property , spacious, well equipped…except: Small Shower heads have no adjustment, no handheld spray head. We hated requirement to …Collect all trash & put it down a chute in the hallway …remove sheets from beds …collect all towels etc. after being charged a significant cleaning fee up front.

A nice place if it was on the first floor.

The Apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. The porch shown in the photos was exactly as is and very nice feature. However, you note that the pool is out of commission but you don't note publicly that the elevator is out too. Oh it's there in the deep part, but not up front. You also don't tell, that it is on the top floor and there are 5 flights of stairs to traverse. You do say to call the hotel for the concierge to bring up your bags, but don't list a phone number. The entrance to the building is in the garage and to find the stairs you need to walk around a barrier before you can see them. As an eighty year old, I was lucky that I am able to walk up those flight of stairs. But that is not a sure thing for others. So frankly, I was upset that for the amount of money I paid, I feel cheated fro what I got.

Great property, but pool is NOT open

We had a nice stay in a beautiful condo. Started a bit rough with being given the wrong code for door entry. We contacted the local contact person and he called back quickly and gave us the updated code. When booking, the listing indicated that the pool would be closed through May for construction. Since we booked in July, we expected the pool to be open. When we got there and attempted to go to the pool, we found it to be closed (in July) for construction! This was very disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose this property…we intended to spend time by the pool. In addition, we were denied the ability to purchase wrist bands for day access to the resort and yacht club pools because we booked through Vrbo. Bottom line…the property was beautiful, but the listing should be updated to reflect the fact that there is NO POOL access. And, the property management company needs to do a better job of updating information (door entry code) on the check-in email.

Family’s first visit to HSB

The property itself is beautiful, wonderful layout and spectacular view of Lake LBJ’s sunsets. Other than the subpar cleanliness of one bedroom that had clearly visible blood stains on the baseboards and wall in the master bedroom. When it was brought to the attention of the property manager, I was met with a simple thank you for notifying us for future reference. No attempt to come out and clean the residual stains or make the property look like it should. Blood bourne pathogens can make anyone a little uneasy, especially during this time of everyone freaking out about viruses and other various diseases surrounding us.

Comfortable and relaxing weekend.

Went to HSB for a Mom & daughter weekend. Picked a wonderful condo. Beautifully decorated, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and patio was most enjoyable with a beautiful view of the lake. Thanks Rick for allowing us to enjoy your condo. Will be back!

Lovely 3 bedroom property with a fantastic view of Lake LBJ. Many thoughtful touches throughout the property to enhance the stay. Comfortable beds, lots of towels and linens, plus well furnished kitchen. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo with great views

This was our first visit to the Horseshoe Bay Area and this condo was the perfect pick. The location was great, close to town and restaurants, but still in the beautiful resort area with great amenities and views. The furniture and beds were cozy and there were plenty of supplies for our four night stay. We’ll be coming back!

Can’t say enough great things, beautiful condo with everything you might need, comfy beds with great quality linens, amazing location in Horseshoe Bay resort! I want to come back this summer! Super close to Marble Falls and not far to Fredericksburg. We had a great weekend at the condo and wanted to stay longer. We would love to come back!

Great Place for Mini Vacay!

My friends and I stayed here while attending an off-road event. 😍 Loved it. The place is HUGE! The owners have thought of everything. Comfortable beds ✅ Plenty of amenities ✅ Amazing views of the lake ✅ This place is nice, quiet, and a great place to unwind. Highly recommended!
