Ebbtide 2 - On Main Beach!

Located on the first floor of the Ebbtide apartments, directly opposite Forster main beach, this in demand unit provides a great base for your next getaway in Forster, whether spent swimming at the beach, or relaxing on the balcony to admire the ocean views. Two cafes are a stroll away and a five minute walk will see you surrounded by restaurants & boutique shopping, once you park your car in the secure undercover carpark, you likely wont need it again until you depart, and their is lift access to your floor and a secure building entrance.

This unit has two bedrooms with a queen and two singles, all made up with sheets on the beds and towels rolled up ready for the bathrooms, just don't forget to pack your beach towels to make use of the beach or the buildings own swimming pool. Wifi is also provided for your stay.

The Ebbtides communal swimming pool is currently under maintenance until early November 2025.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

The property was in a great location but it needs renovation and put in an airconditioner for really hot days also the fan switch in the kitchen was no where to be seen and the carpet needs replacement and on the whole it was below par and you get what you pay for.

Great and as expected

Things we didn’t know and would have been useful: there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well as living room, washing machine in addition to dryer. Would have preferred bigger outdoor setting to align with number of guests.

Great view and location

Older style unit. Would like to see basic tea and coffee supplies after long journey and too late to get to shops. Windows and glass verandah need cleaning to enhance enjoyment of the view.

Review

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The view from the unit was amazing, so close to the beach and shops etc. The only small complaints were: Dirty glass on balcony and bedroom windows + the water from the taps in the bathroom was initially rusty coloured when taps first turned on. But it cleared up. Maybe some of the water pipes need replacing, due to rust. Other than that, the unit was wonderful.
