Summary:
Beautiful ocean view from upstairs living area and both bedrooms. Safe sandy beach for swimming across the road or just watching the ever changing sea views and glorious sunsets. Close to vibrant Cosmopolitan Semaphore Rd coffee/restaurants /takeaway strip only a leisurely 4 minute walk. The property is in a safe neighbourhood with 1 outdoor secure car park, reverse cycle air conditioning, full kitchen, washing machine, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, modern unit, Nespresso coffee machine

The Space:
Modern upstairs unit that gives you that relaxing beach feel all year round. Outdoor balcony seating to watch the amazing sunsets. Nespresso coffee machine with pods and milk frother. Water filter installed - safe drinking water available from the kitchen tap. All good quality furnishings with Sheridan bath towels and /canningvale beach towels for use. West Lakes shopping mall is a 10 minute drive. Semaphore Road is a 5 minute stroll along the beachfront. Bathroom has double rail shower, hairdryer, iron and a washing machine for use. Kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery and crockery, wine glasses, has a dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, cooktop and oven. Bench seating for 3 that can double as a work space. comfortable leather lounges, smart TV, internet, games in the wooden chest for use.

Guest Access:
entire unit, we have a self check in lockbox with 2 sets of keys, we do recommend you leave one set in the box in case you lock your self out.
up to small flights of stairs on the 1st floor.

The Neighborhood:
Really safe neighbourhood, a playground in short walking distance, riding / walking path across the road along the beach.
Vibrant Semaphore Road has a movie theatre, take away, restaurants, Foodland an after hours IGA, Chemist, Post Office, great butcher and bakeries and the famous Soto's Fish and chip shop where they still make their own chips!

Getting Around:
paid scooters are available along the beachfront a 2 minute walk to the scooter station. Bus stops are close and the train station is a 20 minute walk down Semaphore Road that takes you straight into the Adelaide CBD.

Interaction with Guests:
We live locally and are available to our guests if required between 7am -9pm. All contact details are in the units welcome book. If you wish us to meet you at the property on check in that can be arranged you just need to let us know a few days prior.

Delightful location.

Great for swimming at beach across road and for bicycling along tracks in both directions. Shops nearby had all you needed.

Perfect beach stay

It was our first trip to Adelaide and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Semaphore is a perfect location, Sonya has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, basic kitchen supplies, wonderful range of Nespresso coffee :) cleaning products even right down to a First Aid kit. Stroll across the road to the white sandy beach and sit on the balcony in the evening to watch the amazing sunsets, 5 min walk to restaurants, cafes. It just has everything right on your doorstep. Perfect location for break away.

A few suggestion, thin blankets for the bed if warm weather. Also flush of toilet does not work even when full flush used.

Lovely location

This is the second time my family have stayed on the Esplanade in Semaphore. This apartment was so much better than our first trip. We'll definitely be back.

This property was very well presented and I would stay there again as we have relatives who lived within walking distance to the unit. The only thing I felt was missing was a mop to mop the floor if we spilt anything.

First time coming to Adelaide from New Zealand, and I absolutely fell in love with this place. It was so beautiful and cafes were near by and a quick walk to the gorgeous beach! Would definitely book again with this apartment next time we’re back

Perfect Holiday Location

We stayed 7 nights in this beautiful apartment. Very clean, had everything we needed to make our stay as wonderful as it was. Beds were Amazingly comfy, shower was perfect, and location could not of been better. Will definitely recommend Vitamine Sea, and will be first on our accommodation list when returning.

Beautiful place to stay

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Communication with the host was prompt. All the little touches and extras they added inside their property were amazing. The view is amazing and so close to the main street. Will definitely recommend to others heading that way and we will stay again!

Location was perfect for short walk to Semaphore shops. Views from bedroom and lounge room even better than photos. Easy access to beach, just across the road. Very clean and hosts have thought of everything you might need. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at Semaphore!! I would stay here again when next in Adelaide.

Excellent place to stay
