Bannockburn Lodge is your home away from home in East Toowoomba. Just 400m from the CBD and steps from Queen’s Park, it’s perfect for wedding parties, families, work trips or group getaways. Spacious, comfortable and pet-friendly, the Lodge offers a relaxed stay with all the comforts you need. Book the Cottage next door too for larger groups. Walk to cafés, parks and events—no car needed!

Bannockburn Lodge is a stylish, two-storey retreat in East Toowoomba—just a short stroll to Queen’s Park, cafés and the CBD. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and off-street parking, it’s perfect for wedding prep, business trips or relaxing family getaways.

Unwind with air conditioning, two smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, a private BBQ courtyard and a fully equipped kitchen. Portacot, high chair and fold-out bed also available.

Booking for a large group? The neighbouring Cottage sleeps 7 more and can be booked together to accommodate up to 14 guests. Both homes are pet-friendly (with approval).

The entire Lodge, which is a 2 storey house, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and extra toilet upstairs with family room, laundry and extra toilet downstairs.

The Toowoomba bus interchange is a 10-minute walk away, and both Uber and local taxis are readily available. For a more in-depth experience, you might enjoy a guided tour on the popular Toowoomba Sightseeing Bus during your stay.

Enjoy views over Mothers’ Memorial and Queen’s Park from the Cottage's front yard. Each house includes private on-site parking for two vehicles, with convenient dual access via Stirling and Burstow Streets.

The parking for the Bannockburn Lodge is off Stirling Street, please don't park in the Burstow Street driveway.

Beautiful property, very tastefully styled and very functional. Centrally located in the city. Be aware that you are tucked behind another cottage and the entry is on a side street with 2 man gates in a narrow passage to use to access the property. No air conditioning in the 3rd 'kids' room. Overall a lovely place.

Perfect property for your family visit to Toowoomba

This was the second time my family stayed at this property. Presentation is first class and being centrally located makes it so convenient to access all that Toowoomba has to offer. Nearby parks are beautiful and handy to walk our pooch. Highly recommended this property.

We were very fortunate that Jess allowed us to have an early check in. We were between air b nb’s.

The property was clean tidy and allowed us to refresh ourselves after our journey. The house was everything we needed and more. The house was in walking distance to cBD and our dog enjoyed the park accross the road. I would recommend this home for travellers who wish to put their feet up, the front verandah is ideal in the morning for coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Meals can be served from the kitchen to the front courtyard. Bed is super comfortable.

A lovely weekend stay

My husband and I, along with our 2 dogs, just had a lovely stay at the Bannockburn Lodge. The accommodation was clean and fresh, with all the required amenities including a super comfy bed and smart tv. The location was excellent, an easy stroll to Queen's Park and 2 lovely pet friendly cafe's. The off-street parking is also a big plus on a busy weekend. For those with pets, it's worth noting that the verandah / garden is not secure. The only secure outdoor area is a small concrete pathway at the back of the property, no grass. This means toilet time is a leashed walk down the driveway to the grass nature strip. This isn't a negative on the owners or the property, just including here because it's not something we realised when booking. It's not going to stop us coming back either!

City Position position in a large Townhouse

The townhouse was quite large and easily able to move around in particularly the kitchen and master bedroom. Pluses were the gas heater, tea selection and other items. The stay was position position to Queens Park, The Lake Park ( at Anzac Place) a very short stroll to the local restaurants & cafes and easy walk to the CBD. We parked the car and walked. Close to the off leash dog park. Easy driving to other locations. Jesse the owner/manager was in contact everyday to ensure all was ok. Every thing was so easy. We really enjoy this area of Toowoomba and highly recommend. Craig & Shirley-September 2021
