Great place to land

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, well appointed with everything we needed, and close to the highways that took us to our favorite birding spots. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and even offered a weekly towel and sheet exchange if we wished.

Great stay!

Clean & comfortable, this place was perfect for my 5yo grandson & myself. Convenient location with my own parking spot! I’m looking forward to coming back in the summer so we can use the backyard!

Perfect spot

This is our second year at the Launchpad and we are comfortable here with easy access to all our favorite birding places, the library, laundromat and great places to shop and eat. Jonathan and Barbara are wonderful hosts.

Great location for extended stays

We have been coming to Clovis for several years and find the city easy to navigate with convenient shops, a great library, and nearby old town Clovis with lots of interesting antique stores (and ice cream parlor) to visit. We are birders and there are many area trails to explore and easy access to highways that take us to several National Wildlife Refuges. Barbara and Jonathan are lovely hosts. and the rental has all that we need for cooking with a clean laundromat a few blocks away.

Clean & Quiet

Clean little garage apartment. Neighborhood was a little country but close enough to a mall and several restaurants. If you are not looking for something ultra modern it had all we needed.

Private homebase near Fresno

Wonderful, private spot near Fresno. My teenage son and I were in town for a volleyball tournament held in a local high school. Jonathon's place was a great homebase for us, near a mall for restaurants, coffee and shopping (if you forgot some necessities). I wish we could have enjoyed the place more but these tournaments are all-day events so the most we did was crash for much-needed rest, which we did since the beds were very comfortable. Would stay again!

Thanksgiving in Clovis

My wife, daughter and myself were in Clovis for Thanksgiving with my wife's sister and her family. We liked everything about our stay. We had great communication with our hosts, Jonathan and Barbra, our flight arrived late evening and they greeted us even though it was dark and getting nlate when we finally arrived. They both are super people, easy going and easy to talk to. They explained how everything worked and where everything was and left us to get settled in. We all liked the layout of the cottage, with 2 bedrooms 1 for my wife and me and the other for our oldest daughter, who,joined us a few day later. We also discovered that we only about 5 minutes from our family in Clovis. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will try and make it back next year. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very pleasant stay, has everything you need to feel right at home.

Great Stay

Jonathon and his wife were so accommodating and helpful. They gave me privacy, but also made sure I had everything I needed. There is a full kitchen, which was a must for me. I would definitely stay here again or suggest family stay here if they came to visit.

All the comforts of home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rental property was attached to the main house, like a mother in laws quarters. We could hear them occasionally as I’m sure they could hear us (or the tv) on our side. I didn’t see it as a problem, just something to be aware of. Otherwise, a very lovely home.

Great for Clovis area

Really nice and modern place. It was hard to adjust the shower heat, and the layout with access to the second bedroom through the Master wasnt ideal. But totally recommended anyway!

A home away from home

We had a great time staying here, it was a great location, quiet and relaxing, and more space than we know what to do with. We will definitely stay here when we come back to California.

This property was clean and comfortable with many extra amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and stores and restaurants were close by. Landlord lives adjoining house and was most helpful with anything needed. I would definitely stay here again.
