Located on the south side of Lake Tahoe, this beautiful resort will take your breath away with the wonderful scenery all around. There are many activities at your disposal regardless of season. From skiing – both water or snow – to boating and fishing, this resort has plenty for couples and families to enjoy!



There are 1, 2, 3 deluxe bedrooms available with spacious dining and living room areas. Washer and dryers are located in unit as well as a full kitchen to prepare a snack or a full family-style feast. Need to warm up before a full day of outdoor activities? The fitness center will be just what you need to make sure you're ready for your adventures!



The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please notate that requests are not guaranteed.

Good but could be better

The property is very nice however the mattresses and furniture could be updated. Mattress definitely old and living room furniture not comfortable if you wanted to relax for long. I just think at the price they could upgrade. I have stayed before and pool side condos are much better as we were way in the back this time and no light whatsoever came into condo. Those are just a few things I didn’t like but would consider staying again if condo was in difficult location of property. Overall enjoyed.

A very nice and clean property with few issues

This is a very clean and spacious property in an excellent location. I would stay here again. The wifi policy is super lame. We had six people and we were told only 5 devices could connect to the wifi without a fee. The wifi was pretty bad so we kept our phones on data and just connected one laptop and an ipad to wifi. Another problem was controlling the television, which required loading an app onto your phone. Then only that phone could control the TV. If you wanted to watch two TVs then a second person had to download an app. The kitchen equipment is fair. No AC.

Great stay at a great location

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious, and was very clean. Check-in and communication was very easy. The location is super convenient with Heavenly so close, as well as grocery stores, the beach, and restaurants. I would love to stay here again next time I go to Tahoe.

Spacious and close to Heavenly

Safe, plenty of space, and comfortable. Only drawback is that only one car can park within the community after dark. All other cars will have to park on side streets adjacent to the property.

check in process needs work

The property is a good location, but we could not go to our unit until almost 6 pm, and check in as listed at 4 pm. We had an infant with us so this was extremely inconvenient. One other downside is that only one car can be parked at the resort.

Great location! Just as expected

Great spot with more than enough room to relax after a day on the mountain. Note it is a timeshare property, so you will get asked to go to a meeting, however we nicely declined.
