Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, a family bathroom and a laundry that opens onto a private rear courtyard. One bedroom features a queen bed, a TV and a wall panel heater for those cooler nights, while the other is perfect for kids or friends with its set of bunk beds and wall panel heater.

Upstairs, you’ll find a light filled, open plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for relaxed coastal living. The modern kitchen features an electric oven and cooktop, plus a dishwasher for easy clean up. In the lounge, a flat screen TV with Netflix, Play Station and Kayo awaits. Also on the upper level is the master bedroom, featuring a luxurious king size bed, ceiling fan, panel wall heater and an adjoining bathroom. The bathroom includes a bath, shower and a separate toilet, which can also be accessed by upstairs guests.

There are two inviting balcony areas. The first, branching out from the cozy reading nook and offers a lounge where guests can relax and soak up the warmth.
