The house is designed to maximise indoor-outdoor flow onto a large front deck, so children can be watched from all the living areas.

The front of the house boasts a spacious driveway, accommodating up to 3-4 cars and a small boat. Expansive front and rear gardens, along with the driveway, provide plenty of space for children to play. The rear of the property features a lush grassed area, while the side yard is perfect for small dogs, with an enclosed area to the side of the property. A trampoline outside adds even more fun for the kids, making this home ideal for families.

This expansive sunny deck is ideal for summer BBQ meals and with umbrella shaded al fresco dining for 8-10 guests, your holiday entertaining and relaxation is complete.

Alternatively, enjoy entertaining indoors in complete luxury on the chaise lounge in the entertainment room watching a movie on Stan or Netflix.

There are 2 bathrooms, one ensuite and a further bathroom with a bath and a separate laundry.

Luxuriously appointed with hydronic heating throughout and reverse cycle heating and cooling in 2 domains (reverse cycle air-conditioning units are located in the master bedroom and main living room and a ceiling fan in the front living room). i. This property is pet friendly upon application, the breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is fenced off to the left side.
ii. This property is the perfect venue for families and friends, couples, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
