The place has a total of 3 bedrooms, there are 2 bedrooms in the main house and a detached third bedroom / sleep out with its own ensuite.
The main house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a wet room which includes a waterfall stye shower and a sleek bath tub that overlooks the sky and trees. The dining area includes bifold doors that open onto the front deck giving you a larger space for entertaining.
The house has beautiful old hardwood floorboards and timber features throughout, kitchen with island bench and ample space for cooking and gathering. The main bedroom has its own private sliding door to the front deck.
There is a detached third bedroom with its own ensuite. This room includes a queen bed, polished concrete throughout, clawfoot bath and waterfall style shower. Surrounded by nature and green.
The home is located on a quiet street, across the road from a bush reserve. The front deck is a beautiful place to sit back in the afternoons taking in all the bird songs.
The beach is a 800m walk down the road where you'll be met by waves, rock pools and a scenic lighthouse walk.
And in a different 300m walk to the end of the street you will find Crookhaven River, the perfect spot for young children to swim as the water is always shallow and calm. This is a hidden spot in Culburra with not many people going here or even knowing about it. Along this river there are many bush walk options where you can feel immersed in nature.
There are entertaining decks and spaces at both the front and rear of the home.
This property is our own home, we are currently travelling around Australia in a bus. We do not allow for schoolies, parties, events or functions. Because it is our home, everything in the property is good quality including cooking equipment and appliances, I hope that you will love this home just as much as we do.
You are welcome to use the fireplace. We however do not provide wood or kindling for this. You can purchase this at the local petrol station.

We are a dog friendly home. Both the front and back yard is fully fenced with lost of trees and interesting spots to explore and sniff. If your dog is a jumper then this property will not be suitable as the front fence is approximately 1.2m high and the backyard is open to the front via the deck.
Please keep doggo’s off beds and furniture, and failure to pick up after them upon check out will incur additional $50 cleaning fee.
