Welcome to your One-of-a-kind Penthouse in the heart of Downtown! Fully-renovated, air-conditioned, 3 full bedrooms & 2 baths, sleeps 8, 1250 sq ft interior and over 1650 sq ft private outdoor deck! The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with ensuite: a luxury rain, dual vanities, and Toto bidet toilet. The 2nd bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed. The gourmet chef will love the open concept kitchen and high-end appliances, the living room is an entertainer dream's with a Samsung 75" UHD TV with a Sonos surround system, with Cable & Netflix, the couch is also a sofa bed for extra guests. Relax on your private outdoor patio with firetable great to enjoy in the spring, summer and hall. Have a BBQ or relax in the 7 person private hot-tub! Create so many new memories with your friends and family!

We had the most wonderful stay here celebrating my dad’s 60th birthday! The home was absolutely beautiful and the perfect setup for our family to cook, gather, and spend quality time together. Everything felt comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for hosting. We especially loved the patio — we kept saying how amazing it would be to come back in the summer to enjoy dinners outside. Such a special place for making memories. We would definitely stay again!

The place was awesome. The perfect location, easy to find and well laid out instructions. The private patio was next level with the hot tub overlooking the city views. Would definitely stay again! Such a great spot.

Perfect for small groups!

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. It was close to the theatre and the train. Lots of nice touches and upscale amenities. Great view and tons of space!

Amazing property

We only got to stay here for a short weekend, but I could have moved in. It has everything you need for a family vacation, close to everything, felt very secure, all the modern amenities you could want plus more you didn't know you needed. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Vancouver.

Great stay at this condo. The location is convenient and walkable to everything in downtown Vancouver. There are spotty areas with homeless people, but that’s sadly to be expected nowadays in any major metropolitan area. However, we never felt unsafe walking around. The beds are very comfortable and the views are great from the balcony. Thank you!

Excellent location!

Super fun urban stay right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Place was comfortable and quiet, but right outside your door it was bustling. Place was clean and contemporary. My husband and teenage kids very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

The unit was clean and comfortable. The patio with hot tub was usable but the larger patio up top was not as maintained. The security in the building was good. Be aware however that this location is close to some homeless drug users: They were not a bother but you should be aware.

Family cruise

We were extremely satisfied with our accommodations that allowed us to enjoy some family exploration time in Vancouver prior to our Alaska cruise. Jee, our host, was very responsive to all of our needs and the home was clean and fully stocked. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, cultural sights, coffee shops, and conveniently located to the cruise ship terminal. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Hope to be back again soon!

We had a great stay in the penthouse condo. Everything in the condo was clean and updated. The location was excellent and only about a half block from the nearest SkyTrain station. Although the outdoor patio area was spacious, it could have used a good cleanup. I had read other reviews that made the same suggestion, and nothing had obviously been done since the previous visitors had stayed. Otherwise, it was a great condo, and the host was very nice and accommodating.

Overall, A Good Stay

Pros:- Property had very high end finishes and features inside.- The host was able to accommodate our travel schedule (extremely appreciated!).- Location was central and had a lot of great food/attractions nearby. Cons: - The rooftop patio pictures were nowhere near accurate as to what it really looks like. There was weeds, mold and tons of deferred maintenance outside - see pics from 05/26/2025.

Gorgeous Condo!

I can't say enough good things about the property. It was an amazing condo with spectacular views and outdoor space. Really appreciated how EVERYTHING was labeled. That helped so much. Linens were great, there were plenty of towels and toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner). We were close to many spots in Vancouver and could walk to plenty of attractions (although we had pouring rain the whole trip). Jee was a very accommodating host. He even helped me get a very important delivery without hesitation. I would absolutely stay at Jee's place again.

What an incredible property! When i first walked in i was worried that the property may be a bit too modern for me. But i was quickly proved wrong. Everything in there was so sleek and easy to navigate. Dimmer lights all around and labels helped guide you to whatever you were looking for. The bidet in the master bath was a nice touch. Amazing indoor space and amenities aside, the outdoor patio was superb. I think i got in the hot tub every day during our stay. Checkin was smooth and our host incredibly responsive. My only pieces of feedback would be that it would be nice to have 2 FOBs cause with a group of 6, having only one meant a little more coordination. Lastly, the upper patio could use a little TLC but given it was November, we were not spending much time up there. Everything else was immaculate and i would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend and thank you for a excellent stay.

You will have full access to my private 7 person hot tub as well as tonnes of outdoor space 1650 sq ft with patio furniture, fire tables, outdoor dining table, and chairs that seats 8 people!

This is a two-level Penthouse that offers three bedrooms (the third bedroom is not a storage room converted to a bedroom like other properties claiming to be 3 bedrooms). My penthouse is one of the few properties that have built-in air conditioning (not the portables air conditioners), luxury high-end finishings and appliances, and has the largest, private outdoor patio for your exclusive use during your stay!
