This brand new modern beach house apartment consists of an open plan living area, kitchenette, & bedroom. Also found in the unit is a laundry consisting of a washing machine & washtub as well as a private bathroom with underfloor heating.
The living area opens up onto a spacious deck that sits in & around a strip of New Zealand native bush with sun from mid-morning until it goes down.
The stylish kitchenette is complete with a generous sink, convection microwave oven, bar fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, extractor fan, & all the basics for cooking and dining.

The living area and bedroom are divided by a two stair split level & funky divider feature wall, that ambles down to a spacious bedroom with views of Cargels Castle - one of only two of New Zealand's castles.
The sofa bed (small double) in the living room is also available upon request as another bed option for children, or one adult.
The unit has a built-in Lumos ventilation system to aid in airflow & temperature control, & on the colder evenings, you will find infrared heating panels on the ceilings.

Located right across the road is St Clair golf course, one of the most challenging Club Courses in New Zealand and boasting World-class views of the Pacific Ocean, its beaches, & the City of Dunedin.
