Three bedroom, two bath, walk up detached townhome in well maintained mature development. All hardwood floors, five major appliances , bbq, air conditioning and heat attached double garage. Three community pools, playgrounds and basketball courts. Located within walking distance of shops and restaurants , close proximity to shopping, groceries, Phx-Mesa airport, lakes, hiking and golf. Small dogs welcome for extra fee. All linens, kitchen supplies and more supplied.

Loved this property! Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and it’s decorated nicely. Awesome location and neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful Townhouse

This townhouse is beautiful, great location surrounded by a wide variety of stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. This townhouse has everything that’s listed in the description. The owner is AMAZING! Very friendly, great communication and very knowledgeable of the area. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The location is good. It's within a casual 15 minute walk to stores such as Target, Walmart and plenty of eating establishments. The house layout description iwas a but misleading, which was unfortunate for our disabled family member. The master bedroom is right when you walk in the front door. That's it. You walk upstairs for the rest of the bedrooms, kitchen and living room. So if someone has mobility issues it can feel quite isolating being away from the action. We had to purchase a TV for the downstairs bedroom for our family member. Do not expect privacy. The host contacted me about our Internet usage. Which was quite unnerving. No ill repute sites were visited, but even if they were, wouldn't that be our private business? Although the location of the property is good, I wouldn't stay with this host again. This host likes to charge people with service animals for very strange charges. I assume because it's easier to charge for pet damage than people damage. Claiming my animal did damage to an area of the house it had zero access to and is nearly impossible for it to do.

Overall the house worked well for us. But I felt there were several minor things that could be done to improve the home: lighting was poor. There were a number of light bulbs that needed replaced. The light on the inside entry at the front door was “grossly” dirty. The sink downstairs needed the drain checked and the faucet there dripped.

Great stay

The house is in a great neighborhood. There is a neighborhood pool and basketball court right next to the house, which was great. The house was as advertised and what we expected, which was appreciated. The owner responded promptly to messages. One bedroom had a dresser for our clothes. It would be helpful if the other rooms did as well, but we made due. The kitchen was mostly stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that could make it better was if there was a larger trash can in the kitchen. We also couldn't locate a strainer or measuring cups. Overall, the stay was great. Thanks.
