This rental is ideal for smaller parties and features two full beds. The airy living space also features a sofa that could potentially sleep one more as well as a flatscreen TV. A four-seat dining area sits next to the updated kitchen equipped with basic cooking supplies such as dishware, utensils, a coffeemaker, and a microwave. Visitors will appreciate the generous bathroom with its large shower, too.

The interior of this rental is beautiful, but the exterior is truly something special. This lakefront studio offers guests a covered, private patio with a two-seat dining table perfect for a dinner under the stars or perhaps a morning coffee spot to watch the sun rise. Direct lake access is included in the rental fee.

Guests who stick close to home can access the community pavilion with charcoal grills and a swim dock as well as a covered boat dock. Those who prefer to explore a bit more can find several exciting attractions within easy driving distance of the unit, including a theme park.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
