Located a short drive from downtown historic Hot Springs, this spacious lakeside condo boasts water views from the private balcony, with comfortable new décor, a designated boat slip, and 24/7 professional management support should you need anything during your stay. When you're not spending your time on the lake, you can kick back beside the sparkling on-site swimming pool or just enjoy the updated interior modern comfort and convenience, with features including a full kitchen, a fireplace, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Other fun attractions for your stay include downtown Hot Springs, where you can take a walking tour, learn more about its colorful history, grab a bite at a great mix of restaurants, and maybe pick up that special souvenir. During horse racing season from early December to early May, the condo is also a short drive to the Oaklawn Park Race Track and Resort, where you can take in the festivities and attend big races leading up to the Arkansas Derby held every April as a precursor to The Kentucky Derby.

Security camera details: No trailer Parking is available. Please note that the availability of our pool is seasonal. The pool opens each year in observance of Labor Day and remains open until Memorial Day. Guests planning their stay outside of this period should be aware that the pool will not be accessible. Dock details: Boat slip has four tie down cleats and other supports to secure your boat to during your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
