Excellent location for hopping on Hawaii Highway and heading south or north for adventure. The condo has a fantastic layout with updated finishes to feel great. Love the vaulted ceiling, lives big. The community amenties were good, as our kids swam in the pool in the evenings. Plenty of beaches with different varieties all within 20 minutes, 1 of the boys favorites was a 5 minute walk! The lanai is a lovely balcony for lounging, playing cards, sipping kona coffee & just listening to the ocean. Farmers Market IS FABULOUS & just 2 min up the hill

This place has water front and sunset views and they were amazing. It has everything you need for cooking and cleaning. They had beach chairs,Noodles, boogie boards, beach towels and ice chests. They had plenty of beds so nobody had to sleep on a sofa bed. The AC worked great. Outside is a beautifully manicured setting with Bbq areas, it was quiet, I just can’t say enough about this property. It was like being at home - they provided everything.

We enjoyed our time at this Vrbo so much! We especially loved the lanai facing the water, the views were breathtaking. We spent hours upon hours drinking coffee and wine, playing cards and games, colouring, and watching the waves (we even saw whales!).We were in Kona during the storm and saw a lot of rain, but we were quite protected on this magical lanai.The condo is so well done, it’s incredibly thoughtful and set up to ensure your time there is perfect. I loved the welcome binder, and the kitchen was an amazing place to cook meals for my family while still enjoying the views. The vaulted ceilings, double bathrooms, and three bedrooms made the condo feel very spacious.It was also nice to have our own laundry room to wash towels and clothing as needed.The community was welcoming, and the other guests were lovely to interact with at the pool. It was also fun watching people from the lanai, all mesmerized by the ocean.This was our first extended family getaway, and my mom’s first trip in ten years, which made it even more special.We will definitely be back!Our contact, Tiffany, was very responsive and easy to get a hold of.My only suggestion would be to have coffee, sweetener, and cream available upon arrival, especially being in the Kona coffee belt, this would be an awesome touch!Thank you again! Great Condo

Perfect location next to Kahalu’u Beach Park for snorkling and surfing. Grounds were gorgeous. Used the BBQ twice and both times it was very clean and in great condition. Three minutes from Keauhou Shopping Center for groceries, restaurants, movies, and farmers market.

Fantastic view off the lanai as we ate our breakfast. Fully stocked kitchen, nice living area, and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Condo stayed cool and the breezes were so nice! Highly recommend!

Perfect Hawaiian Retreat

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. The pictures do not do it justice. We were not at all bothered by the third floor walk up the stairs as it provided us with the most beautiful ocean views with breathtaking sunsets. The house has everything you need. The AC is a perk as we have twice stayed in Hawaii without it and this was so much better. We saw whales and dolphins right off the lanai while we enjoyed our morning breakfasts. The location was superb, we could easily get to everything on the island. We would gladly stay here again!

Oceanside paradise

The balcony view was stunning! The condo was adorable and stocked with everything imaginable for our use. They even supplied a wonderful welcome treat! We almost missed it, the fantastic beach with private access was only steps away. We are grateful for the hospitality and had a wonderful time.

Beyond perfect!

Amazing place! I would definitely stay here again. The pictures are accurate. Spacious condo with amazing views. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. Even a closet full of anything you need for a day at the beach or playing at the courts.

Absolutely fantastic condo in an amazing location

I don't often leave rave reviews (my bar is pretty high), but this place is an absolute gem. The location on the water is amazing and so peaceful. We loved having access to the pool and grill, and the overall spot is accessible to many areas and shopping while still feeling quiet and remote. The condo itself is very well outfitted and spotless. Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more!

Terrific rental experience!

We had an outstanding stay. The rental unit is as advertised and very clean. The lanai has gorgeous ocean views and we enjoyed the sunset every night. The location was perfect and we spent our entire stay on the Big Island here. We liked having use of the pool especially for the kids. We made use of beach towels and coolers, etc, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Great stay. Thank you!

Beyond pertect

This property is great. The large lanai has an amazing view. The beds are very comfortable and the condo has plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. And there is a closet full of ANYTHING you need to go to the beach, or play a racquet sport. I’d love to come back someday

Ocean Sound Heaven!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The best part was the beautiful ocean wave sounds that lulled us to sleep each night. The condo is well thought out with everything you could possibly need. It was also clean and well kept. Everything was labeled and put in its place making it easy to locate whatever we needed. The condo is also central to a lot of activities but is very quiet. We appreciated the AC units throughout the condo as well, but didn't need to use it for the most part.

Amazing views!

We raved about this condo all week! From the most amazing view that you immediately notice when you walk in, to the beautiful finishings within the unit itself, it has everything you need. The kitchen is well-stocked. The lanai was easily my favorite part. The view is unbeatable. I sat out there for a couple hours each morning with my coffee and Bible. So peaceful. Not to mention the chorus of birds singing at daybreak! It’s just wonderful! Highly recommend!

Great place for families

Condo was clean & comfortable and ready for our evening arrival. It is as pictured with exception of a new table & chairs on lanai and an electronic keypad right on entry door handle. Basic items such as soap, pots & pans, trash bags, etc are provided. Lots of beach gear: beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodles, cooler. We had no issues during our stay. The condo grounds are well manicured with tropical foliage. It was quiet at night even over the 4th of July holiday. Beautiful sunsets in lanai! It has a nice location close to several key spots for snorkeling as well as groceries. After driving down Alli Drive we preferred this location over some of the other places we saw. Would definitely book again.

Field of Dreams

"Is this heaven?" "No, it's Unit 1-303 at the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club." Absolute perfection. I don't want to leave, but evidently it's a violation of our booking if I become a squatter. The unit is exactly as listed: an exquisite oceanside escape. I'll spend most of the five hour flight home trying to whittle down all the photos I took from the balcony alone. We were so spoiled by this unit that on the morning we saw dolphins twirling in the ocean we were almost ambivalent because duh...of course you see dolphins when you stay here. I don't own vacation property, but if I ever do I would model it after this. I repeat: absolute perfection. Thank you so much!

Great Condo!

This is a very nicely updated condo with beautiful views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom! We enjoyed the space, it was very comfortable inside, especially the king size master bed and living room couch. Well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, lots of beach accessories, and a nice sized washer and dryer in one of the bathrooms. The A/C is great inside with a ductless mini split system with 4 units total, one in each bedroom and one in the living area. The lanai is very nice, however the furniture is hard and uncomfortable to sit in. It is also very hot while running the A/C inside due to the large condenser unit in the middle of the lanai blowing hot air with no vent system. We enjoyed the lanai in the mornings when is was cooler and we could turn the A/C off inside. We learned from a realtor showing another condo nearby that this whole complex was able to install these units a few years ago and most lanai's have the same hot air problem, not at all the fault of this condo, and we would rather have the A/C inside then not have it for sure!! The swimming pool is outstanding in this complex, large with a real deep end. It was super clean with great outdoor seating and was lightly used every time we were there. Room is expensive! $500 per night after all the fees. it is also a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. The BBQ area is close by, and there was ample parking nearby as well. Overall a great place to stay!

Amazing sunsets

This property was so much more then I expected. The location was fantastic with a grocery store right around the corner. Excellent amenities & so many extras available in the kitchen as well as for the pool/beach. The condo was so relaxing, I wound up spending most of my time there. The sunset views from the lanai are to die for. It was so peaceful sitting on the lanai listening to the ocean ever night. I look forward to staying there again. Thank you for sharing g your beautiful home with me.

Great place and great property manager

The 3 of us had a wonderful stay. The place is right on the ocean with beautiful sunsets and the rooms and very comfortable. The property manager got right back on any questions and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.
