Not worth the money asked
The property upon immediate entry has steep slippery stairs to access the living areas. The garage was locked and inaccessible and no undercover parking available. The most disconcerting issue was the uncleanliness. We found the kitchen with dirty cutlery, utensils and trays, and ants all over the benches. We also found stained towels in the bathroom which were left for our use.
Little things were also missing such as batteries for the dvd remote, oven mittens, and the main bedroom had the windows locked with no key provided.
Apart from all of this, the money asked should provide wifi and aircon as so many other places do for much less the cost.
We were sorry to have signed up for this place. Upon feedback, no compensation has been offered.

Thank you for your feed back & are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Please note that the issues you raised after your stay have been addressed.
Garage is accessible to guests however handle is upside down & have to push up instead of down.
All window locks are keyed alike & keys at the time of your stay were in the bathroom window & kitchen window. A key has now been placed on guests keys to prevent future confusion.
Had you of contacted as during your stay we could of had these issues sorted for you.
Note compensation has been refunded to you.
