Siesta Key Lower 2 bedroom/2 full bath duplex only half a block from the village square. Heated Pool with Hot Tub is shared with the upper unit. Beach carts, chairs and umbrellas are provided for the easy walk or drive to the gorgeous white sands of the #1 Beach in the USA! Washer and dryer are in the unit. Gas grill and outdoor living is by the pool and in front of the unit overlooking the street. Come relax with us on Siesta Key!

Location was perfect

Location couldn’t have been any better. Great house for the price. Pool in back was nice and used a lot on the windy days. Not windy by pool. Nice and tucked in. Will try n rent for next spring break. Only negative I can think of is we were the lower unit of house and could hear people from upper unit walking around. But we weren’t in house much so didn’t bother.

Huge Disappointment

When we rented this property, we had looked at reviews and pictures. Based on this, we booked. Unfortunately the pictures were inaccurate. Kitchen and showers were updated and fine. Couches were stained and dirty to where we had to put sheets on them to use. The rug was disgusting. The towels were old, threadbare, and the white towels were gray. Beds and bed linens need to be replaced. The pool was great but the spa didn't work. We reported it. A guy came to look at it. Wasn't fixed. We were told a pool guy comes twice a week and there hadn't been a problem. But the previous renters told us it hadn't worked the whole time they were there. That was a bummer because we were really looking forward to that. New furniture, linens, towels, and fresh paint would go a long way in making this the perfect place to stay.

Cute apartment, cute town

Everything was just as expected. The kids loved the pool and hot tub situation. It was super close to be able to walk everywhere! I wish we used the trolley shuttle more though; definitely check that out on day 1. If I had to pick one downside, it was the beds weren’t super comfortable, but everyone has their own bed preferences. Communication was really good with the owners. Outdoor shower was really convenient. We would stay again, especially for such a great price!
