This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath first floor “COZY” cottage is just 1500 feet from Beach Access #3. Siesta Key Village is 2 blocks away and the beach is just 1000 ft from the door. This 1945 Triplex "Barefoot Bungalows" is located close to it all. Three units within Barefoot Bungalows with unit “COZY” located on bottom floor in rear of complex. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, turn key rental has living area with sofa and full kitchen. There is a small breakfast table with 2 chairs and a kitchen bar with 3 stools. Flat Screen TV, Wifi and large walk in shower bathroom. All the comforts of home without breaking the bank. Great location, priced as value added for unit “COZY” at Barefoot Bungalows. A location that can’t be beat. Main bedroom has glass slider to patio with king bed. Second bedroom has king bed. Living room has a full size couch and 2 chairs Full kitchen stocked with appliances, and dish-ware for 4-6 guests. Priced lower than rest of area as complex is older 1945 Triplex. We are now Snuggled between two multi-million dollar complexes and offer the charm of simple beach life on Siesta Key. Outdoor patio has table with chairs and night lighting for quiet nights.

No car needed as Beach Access #3 located to the right and beach access #2 located to left (steps away). For your beach needs, 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels will be provided. Spend a week or reserve an extended stay and you won’t be disappointed. This quaint 1945 complex provides many amenities to include paper towels, dish soap, fresh sponge, trash liners, 3 rolls of TP, bath soap, body wash, hand sanitizer, and many added items to kick start your rental. Park BBQ grill added to complex and each unit has exterior seating. Complex does have a courtesy washer/dryer located on the first level by walkway at no charge for easy use for guest. Keyless entry and concierge service to handle most requests. Parking spot is marked and one vehicle per unit. (2 small cars if tandem parking is allowed) Pictures updated 1/2025. Siesta Key Village is walking distance 2 blocks from door. Keyless entry and virtual check in.

Barefoot Bungalows is NOT under construction we just want to inform that the neighboring streets at times may have work happening but we have privacy wall and no construction happening onsite . Recently added a 10 foot privacy wall to extend more privacy and quiet throughout our property.

The place is comfortable, but needs simple work to be better. Little things like changing lightbulbs indoors and out, putting a fresh coat of paint on the bathroom pocket door, a nicer eating area, blinds that actually work and so on. Lisa couldn’t have been a better host, but you’re shooting yourselves in the foot by letting such inexpensive and simple fixes become an unnecessary part of the experience.

It was an amazing week. We stayed in Cozy cottage and it was definitely cozy. The decor is so beachy, it was very clean, everything we needed was already there. The king size bed was super comfortable and the bedding was so soft, I slept like I was on a cloud. Pet friendly and our fur babies loved it also. Lisa property manager was a phone call away and very attentive to any of our needs. There was even fresh flowers upon our arrival. From the moment you arrive, just park the car and everything you need is in walking distance. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Lisa!

Perfect location! Walk to the beach or village for food. The place includes all the beach gear you need (plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon). Comfortable beds and very clean!

The rental was very clean. Perfect location, close to the quieter section of the beach. Beach access #3 right around the corner. Lisa was very responsive and accommodating.

The Cottage was a perfect spot for a get away weekend. Just steps from the beach and a short walk to a number of restaurants and night life. The area has something for everyone. The nighty flag lowering at Patriots Pier was very moving. The host provides everthing for a beach day. Just bring your bathing suits.

Had wonderful short beach vacation on Siesta Key. The host was very attentive. We appreciated the extra touches like fresh flowers , coffee , nice beach chairs, wagon. Cute older 2 bedroom cottage but very clean and the AC systems kept it so cool . I will stay here again.

This property was in a great location, the beach was a short walk around the corner and a close walk to the restaurants and shops on the island. The house itself was dated and had a few issues like the light above our bed didn’t work, the closet and bathroom doors stuck so we just left them open. There is no view out of the windows they each look out to a wall. The manager was friendly and easy to deal with, even gave us clean towels midway through our stay.

Fun Fourth of July

The bungalow is wonderful - it is in the perfect location for easy access to the beach (just feet away) and restaurants. It is exceptionally clean, beds are great and it is as the name describes it is super cozy. The air conditioning is new so it works really well which is also a big plus in July. We rented the place for family as we live locally and I am planning on one day soon driving over the bridge and renting it for ourselves as it is a perfect beach bungalow. The ease of check in, excellent communication, friendliness and availability of the manager 5 plus stars

This was my 4th year staying Barefoot Bungalows.The location is the best for the price After the hurricanes last year, the unit was clean and ready to enjoy. The manager, Lisa, even supplied a certification of being mold free. This is my 4th year and will be back next year. Everything you need to make your stay convenient is already there. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and even a cooler for drinks and snacks plus wagon to take everything to the beach. Thank you again Lisa for the flowers and Easter bunnies decorating my unit. exlast your Lisa is always easy to get a hold

Beach Vacation

Totally as advertised. Short distance from a wonderful beach and all of the stuff you would need - wagon, chairs, towels etc. The cottage is very nice. Comfy bed and plenty of towels with a hot shower. We loved being walking distance to the old village shopping area for groceries and restaurants and entertainment. We hardly moved our car the whole week. Would rent again.

Location was the BEST

Cozy cottage was everything we were looking for! Close to the beach, the village with restaurants & shops. We rented bikes to explore and at times a little busy on the narrow roads/bridges, was well worth not renting a car. Liked having the beach chairs and towels and wagon for transporting to the beach. Overall wonderful!

So close to the beach!

We were provided the lock code in plenty of time, so getting in was a breeze. It was the perfect place for the 2 of us. Close to everything in the Village and around the corner from a beautiful beach. Questions were answered lightning fast. Over all a smooth experience. Looking forward to coming back here!

ABSOLUTLY LOVELY BUNGALOW!!!

Had everything person needs at our unit. Cooking and cleaning supplies and everything you really need to go to the beach which was less than 100 ft walk. Beach are fantastic and beautiful!! It was a quick get away and was perfect place to chill and relax and enjoy Siesta Keys. Also was maybe 3 blocks from the Village which is were you enjoy night life to shops to some fantastic food.

Great location and a cozy stay!

The location is hard to beat! Close to the beach and close to the village. They provide beach chairs, towels, and a wagon to take your items to and from. The host is so responsive and really made our experience great. It was clean and had lots of nice small touches like flowers in the room. I will definitely be looking to stay here again for my future trips to Siesta Key!

Fantastic Stay

The apartment is in the most wonderful location. 2 minutes walk to either the beach or the village. It has everything you would need and the comfiest bed ever. Lisa was fantastic in updating us of the post hurricane situation and then checking in and making sure everything was okay for us. We are looking at dates to come again.
