Enjoy the ultimate coastal getaway in this beautiful spacious beach house, with two living areas, perfectly located just a short 3-minute stroll from the waves. Great surfing beach right out the front. Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms (3 with queen beds, 1 with two sets of bunks), two bathroom, one with a bathtub, and a laundry for your convenience.

Downstairs, unwind in the cozy lounge complete with a TV, DVD and video player, pool table, complete with balls and cues, also a bar with its own fridge—ideal for entertaining.

Upstairs, the open-plan living space offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining for 10, a second TV with Foxtel, and access to both front and rear balconies with outdoor seating for 10, and a Weber Q BBQ—perfect for sunset dinners.
Bring your dog along for the ultimate family getaway, fully fenced back yard, and don’t miss the highlight of your stay: our warm outdoor fully fenced spa, heated all year round—pure relaxation!

Linen and towels are provided, all beds made up, so all you need to do is arrive, relax, and enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, with very comfortable beds and everything we could need was provided for including relaxing spa and also pet friendly!! The host was also very responive and accomodating

It was a great stay. Quick 5 min walk to the beach. The spa and pool table were great for our children. There’s also a cubby which my baby quite enjoyed. All available bedrooms are downstairs which meant sharing one bathroom mostly. It would be much more comfortable if there was access to the bedroom upstairs. Only complaint was that the wind is very loud in the house. It whistles through the windows which was irritating when the wind was relentless for a couple of days.

We are happy you had a great stay, as per your review. as you said the wind was relentless, certain times of the year, it comes off the ocean, we have never had complaints, as you can see from so many reviews. As for the bathroom, all guests seemed to use the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, as the second one is at the bottom of the stairs. The bathroom upstairs would probably suit some guests as they don’t have to step into the bath. Glad you loved all the other features of the house, we pride ourselves in making sure everyone has a comfortable enjoyable stay. Happy New Year to you and your Family. Kind Regards Christine💕

Perfect location, surf beach out the front, bike and walking trials, winery’s close by. Lovely little towns within a short drive, and some great local restaurants.,
Great beaches, lovely sunsets, cockling off the beaches in season, also whale watching, where the whales come close to the shore, contact the Whale centre in Victor Harbor, there you can find out best spots to see them, and when they are around.,

Perfect location, surf beach within a 2min walk. Bike and walking trails, also some great wineries a short drive away.
Some lovely local restaurants close by.
Cockling along the beach in season, also whale watching, you can contact Victor Whale watch centre and they will let you know where they are.
Beautiful sunset walks along the beach.
