A few comments about the housethe smoke alarm upstairs needs a new batterysome holland blinds upstairs do not stay upthe queen bed mattresses are very hardbut the position is perfect and the view from the deck is amazing

The view is amazing location to all shops, beach, club all so close you can walk easily, communication was really great with Michael . Very clean and everything you need for your stay .

Great view of the ocean

Myself and my family enjoyed our stay, there were just a few little things - like no pantry (it was locked so we had to keep all our pantry items on the bench during our stay) and no inside access to the upstairs area from the downstairs area. Which was a bit hard for my grandparents. Also there were some broken chairs we had to move out of our way for our stay. But in all it was a comfortable stay.

Great views

Booking process was easy. Michael was great to communicate with. The washing machine was broken most of our 9 day trip, but was replaced two days before departure (admittedly there were a few public’s holidays over the new year period which delayed delivery). House is set up well with upstairs and downstairs- would be great if you were holidaying with in-laws etc. was a bit hard for two families to really enjoy each others company given the layout. Outside stairs weren’t a problem for us, but may be if you have younger children (ours are aged 4-7). Downstairs is much bigger and more comfortable than the photos show. Deck was brilliant with amazing views. We had terrible weather on our trip which made it difficult. Tuross has a great bike track on the foreshore for the kids/ walking, a food works, a fish and chips shop and two cafes. One playground near the food works.

Great location. Helpful owner.

The property was fine, although no internal stairs could be difficult in really bad weather. Kitchen design a bit awkward for multiple guests but the outlook and location fantastic. Enjoyed our stay despite the tsunami warning.

Close to everything you need

Good location, house and yard is a good size. Excellent views of the beach and nice to walk to the shops, park and beach. House is segregated with no internal access between levels. We found difficult with young kids.
