Birthday celebration!

The home is terrific and the staff is outstanding! You don’t need the hotel amenities with everything that this house has to offer. Breathtaking views and relaxing environment! We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Property and Location

The house and staff were amazing. Beautiful location and wonderful layout of the house, great open floorplan perfect for families. Was disappointed to discover that we were not allowed to use the amenities at the Ritz and the property management/concierge company was not very helpful and never actually made a single visit to the property after the initial check in and they were only available through an company text system that only operated 8-5..........I'd expect much more personalized service for a property at this price point. That said, the quality of the home, the wonderful location and the friendly in-villa staff were more than enough to overcome those issues and we'd strongly recommend the property overall.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your thoughts on your stay. We're delighted to hear that you loved the house, its layout, and our in-villa staff. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the use of amenities at the Ritz and the level of service provided by our property management and concierge team. We take your feedback seriously and will review our communication and service policies to ensure they meet the high standards our guests expect, especially considering the premium nature of our properties. We appreciate your understanding and are glad that the overall quality of the home and the charm of the location made up for the service shortfalls. Thank you for recommending the property despite these issues, and we look forward to the opportunity to host you again with improved service.
